Fast food is fast food, but regional chains are a treat, especially when said chain isn't available at home. Braum's is one of those treats to me. I stopped here twice while in Paris. Once to pick up ice cream for friends and also for dinner. On both occasions, the service was beyond friendly and efficient. The "store" portion of Braum's sells a variety of groceries, including cartons of their ice cream. I don't know any way to describe it other than just plain old fashioned ice cream -- and it's excellent. As for the restaurant, a friend of mine got burgers and fries to go. Our orders were prepared quickly and accurately. And the burgers themselves were excellent. The cheese was melted thoroughly and the burgers themselves were well done and the buns toasted. When you combine that with their very crispy crinkle cut fries, you have one of the best burger and fries combos that you can find at a fast food place. In short, Braum's is worth the stop whenever you're travelling where there's a Braum's. read more

I'm relatively new to this area, I have to say Brahms is a favorite. Low prices compared to other places and great food. Also cheap groceries in their inside market. For example, pistachios are $4 cheaper than and grocery store. They have their own dairy. Excellent! Cheap steaks as well. read more

I have been to Braum's many of times and it wasn't always the best but today I got lunch here it was the best food I've ever received from fast food I had walked in for some Braum's sauce and they were all so caring sweet and made me feel like I was very welcomed there the manager and every worker was so sweet left me walking out with a smile!! They made my day today and I appreciate that so much I had called and told them thank you most people aren't caring to those who serve our food but they should definitely deserve a smile and feel very welcomed as well!! Everytime I go to this location, I am given the wrong order.. last night I ordered 2 sundaes and 3 cones. When I get to the window, Chris tells me that they didn't get 1 of the sundaes so if I wanted it, I would have to drive through again and wait behind 8 cars..... Great logic Chris.. all of the ice cream I did have would have melted.. it would have taken you 2 minutes to make another sundae but instead you shut the window on us.. My husband wasn't feeling good and just wanted ice cream and no rudeness. I think next time I'll drive across town to the other store. read more

I would give no stars if possible because the employees at this store are the RUDEST I've ever dealt with. They mess orders up consistently, and no matter how nice you are about asking for things they forgot to give you, they always have a nasty comment. They think they have the right to smart mouth customers for their mistakes. It is a problem from management, down, in this location. The company needs to deal with the bad attitudes of the staff. This visit was not one that I planned but I have a two year old who saw a giant ice cream cone sign sooo....we stopped. My daughter chose to get a frozen yogurt mix with m&ms. I settled with a cherry limeade. The most awesome part of the trip was the employees. The one that really made the trip was Ashton! He was so nice and seemed like he really enjoyed his job. I mentioned tasting the new flavors that Braum's just introduced, and he made the experience so much fun! He was like, "you must taste them all!" And that's just what I did. This Braum's was once not so bad. However, it has truly gone downhill. The lady taking my order was snarky. When they told me they didn't have what I wanted after I had already paid I asked for a refund. She then proceeded to give me the wrong amount of money not once, but three times. I've had breakfast, lunch and ice cream here numerous times. I used to live in Texas and the closest Braum's to us is now about 600 miles, so we consider it a treat to have Braum's. My favorites for breakfast are the bacon egg & cheese biscuit or biscuits and gravy. They have good sausage biscuits as well. Their ice cream is very good (and significantly cheaper than Baskin Robbins which is outrageously expensive). The shakes are great and you can get them with any ice cream flavor. The brownie fudge sundae is great too. Unlike Baskin Robbins, you don't have to pay an extra $1 to get a waffle cone here either--cake of waffle cones are the same price. I've never been disappointed here and the staff has always been friendly even when they were swamped with huge lines. read more

Absolutely disgusting. NONE of the employees were wearing masks during the pandemic. Sure, they have the choice whether or not to wear one, but they are preparing food. On top of that, we had to specifically request a cup who's rim hadn't touched the cashwrap's counter. Flies were swarming everywhere and we personally had to wipe down our table with our personal hand sanitizer and a napkin. Sure, we could've chosen another table, but every one was dirty. The food was alright, but the lack of care when it comes to sanitary measures is appalling. I encourage fellow customers to go elsewhere. read more

Disappointing all around last time. Upon my friendly greeting, the girl that handed me my cheeseburger at the drive-thru didn't return the smile, didn't say hello, no thank you, nada. Gave me a sour look then spun around and marched off. The cheeseburger was also lackluster. The meat was over cooked, wilted, sparse vegetables, slightly soggy bun, and the cheese was cold. Just a sloppy mess. Not happy at all with the last visit, about a week ago, but will return. I don't want to cut ties with a lifelong favorite chain over one negative experience. Well, my son just went in and ordered a medium vanilla malt and a large french fry. They gave his malt to another customer, and then replaced it with a vanilla shake instead of a malt. So, we are about 10 miles away and he takes a drink and discovers it's not a malt. We call and talk to the manager on duty, and she tells me we have to bring back the shake and the receipt. It would cost more money to go back to the store at 8:30 at night then the drink would be worth. Why don't they just offered to make it right the next time we are close by? A malt is a treat for him. One he does not get very often. It's Shane and ice cream store cannot make a mall, or make it right. read more

Worst customer service....ever. As with any place there are a couple people in this store that actually take pride in their jobs and are friendly and adroit but overall I have had countless instances of horrible service here. If you're willing to drive across town to the other Paris Braum's location you will be much better served...let's not forget that if you order ANY kind of burger here it will be so greasy the bread will be mush as soon as you get it from them...absolutely disgusting. read more

Let me preface this with I love Braum's, I take my children there on a regular basis and we have family outings starting with Braum's. I want to say that because I don't want this to seem like a bash session, but my husband and I had our date night this evening and a man working later to find out was the manager was not only extremely rude but was very clear he did not want to be there. We asked for the holiday flavors and he preceded to roll his eyes and mumble them out like we were an inconvenience for asking a question about the flavors. We didn't catch his name but he had brown hair and a flip in the front, was wearing a green apron and seemed rude not only to us but other guests along with the employees. We later found out that he was a manager and my husband made the comment that he hopes that this isn't the direction they're heading because that would stop a lot of business. Maybe he's having a bad day but being in the customer service industry there is no need to be rude. The only reason for the star is the sweet and kids nd ice cream girl that finished taking care of. So thank you for at least being cheerful and pleasant. read more
