I really dislike leaving small businesses negative reviews but hear me out.. Ive been going to Lashful habitually as Ive purchased a package and also paid individually for 2-3 week applications. Lashful has an internal issue with their staff retention. When you find a talented technician, they dont stay long. Im a person of habit and enjoy sticking to one technician whether its eyelashes, massages or nails.. but ive constantly been tossed around between many new and inexperienced technicians at this establishment. I was originally loyal because I met Jamie (she was great) but she sadly left within a few weeks. I've been told that "all the technicians are experienced" but thats NOT the case. Ive been an avid lasher for many years and found this place because midtown was too far (since Ive been working from home). Not all the technicians here are experienced. Ive had issues with placement and lash retention. Ive had many bad experiences here after Jamie. Ive had a technician pull my natural eyelash out "by accident". Ive also had a technician blurt things out like "aish, molla" which translates to "whatever, i dont know" in midst of application. I understand korean and these comments didnt give me a good sense of comfort. I've had my lashes fall out within 2 days of application. I've been double booked and had to wait an hour to see a technician. Theres usually two technicians there simultaneously and ive had a technician yell at me and say "fine, i didnt double book you, my manager did, so if you dont want to see me, i can just go home." Two stars because I enjoyed visiting Jamie (who no longer works here) and Grace (she still works there). Everyone else in here is trash. read more

My experience at the salon was awful. I highly suggest you go elsewhere. I'm new to the area and found a Groupon for $68. I knew 120 lashes would give a natural look. But I wasn't expecting is four days later 95% of the lashes would be gone. I contacted the owner to give her the opportunity to correct the issue. In the end, she stated I would have to re-pay to have it fixed. I paid 68 for Groupon plus an additional $25 for tax and tip. 0 lashes 4 days later. Pathetic. read more

I love this place for getting my lashes done. All of the staff is very professional, and they do your lashes in a nice room with peaceful music. In the winter they cover you with a fluffy blanket (if you like) and the whole experience is super relaxing. My technician is usually Amy, who I love, but the other technicians are amazing too. I had a full set of lashes done 2 years ago and they were absolutely stunning ! Since I was going away and I had a Groupon, I wanted them done again. I asked for very natural looking lashes. What I got was just horrible, clumsy, thick, full of glue. They told me this was what customers wanted. Did I say I asked for natural looking ones, like I had two years ago? Now I was stuck with these fake looking lashes for the rest of my vacation. They did fall out days after I had them done, which didn't make it look better. Can't recommend enough! I was skeptical about changing lash places since I always received so many compliments on how my lashes looked. But ever since my first refill I didn't think it was possible to love my lashes more than I already did. The customer service is incredible! I have a very tricky schedule and Lashful is always beyond accommodating for me! With that being said I typically have a different lash technician each time and they are all fantastic! My lashes looked good and I never write a review but I wanted to share my experience. They fell off so quickly, in a matter of a week they looked different. When I went they didn't ask me if I wanted mink or cashmere I had no idea what was on my eyelashes. They also never asked what I want and I would've liked them to be bigger and curlier. I love love love love LOVE this place. I have been going here for a little over a year now. I started with 2 week refills for $60 each, but it got too expensive so I usually go every 3 ($75) or 4 ($100) weeks now. My natural eyelashes are very short and never held a curl for longer than an hour and I constantly ripped them out by repeatedly curling them over and over again. I used a groupon for my first time and they were amazing. I have only had a couple times that I felt as though my lashes got applied poorly and started to fall out fast, but I've called and told them about them falling out within days of an appointment and the receptionist (sweetest woman in the world) has always let me come in to get them touched up or fixed for free as it wasn't my fault , although that could be because i'm a long time customer. For the first two months I went, I didn't know what to ask for or what my options were I just always asked for a fill. Finally, I asked the receptionist if I could look at the options and tweak my look as I wanted them more curled and dramatic. I ended up choosing a D curl and 11/12's as the length and have stuck with that for the past 10 months and it never fails. I always get compliments and as long as I take proper care of my lashes, they stay in good condition. I've had Sunny do them about 4 times and she's great, but my favorite tech has cut her days in half and rarely has availability anymore. The receptionist is super accommodating and always polite. The process is super relaxing and I fall asleep during every single appointment and when I wake up the tech is always laughing because I twitch so much. To anyone who wants to go here... I would recommend asking the receptionist what your options are for curl and length and designing your own look! Also, on the initial form you fill out on your first appointment, put that you have sensitive eyes so that they use a less harsh glue; it's also super important that you keep your eyes 100% shut during the entirety of the appointment or else you will experience the burning sensation that other reviews mention. I am so disappointed with this place. My daughter went here a couple of years ago and recommended their services because they did great lashes. So I wanted to try them- I have called in the past two weeks at least 12 times and that is a conservative amount , I am sure it was more ; left messages to make an appointment and no one answers or even has the courtesy to return the call. Horrible customer service. If you are unable to answer the phone due to reduce staffing - I totally get it. BUT at the very least take time out to respond to your voicemails and return a potential client's calls. I am so sorry I bought the Groupon. Definitely going to try to get my money back. read more

I booked my appointment without reading reviews. But on my way there I read the reviews and I was really hesitant to even walk in the door. I was going on vacation the next day so I decided I needed to take my chances. Anna did my lashes and she did an incredible job! I got medium and full. I can't say how long it took because I actually fell asleep. But they look really nice and natural. Not too long. I give lashful in ramsey zero stars. Ive given them 2 months to have a full review of my experience there. First i will start by saying my lashes fall out way too fast. Ive been getting lashes for over 3 years, recently switched to lashful bc i moved to the area & ive never had an issue with lashes falling out so fast before coming to this location. Secondly, i have tried 2 lash techs there for the past 2months. Mj did an ok job but she was too rough and i found it painful. Khloe is a scammer! She spent 30mins on my two week touch ups and then tried to charge me more than the quoted price so that she could get a bigger tip! I have every intention of reporting this to the owner. Ive gone every 2 weeks for the past few months and always been charged $60 however this time she insisted it was $65. The price list was behind her hanging on the wall so i simply ignored her and paid the $60 i normally pay. I tip 16% bc i dont find the work great. Its not terrible but not good. Spending 30mins on a 2 week fill doesnt deserve a tip above 16%. I will never go back to lashful in ramsey and i warn anyone else to not waste their time read more

The technicians are all professional, not like other salons that train their nail and hair technician to do lash extensions. It's a warm and inviting environment with private rooms. Personally, I agree with the person that stated if you're using Groupon you get second rate service. I waited about 15 minutes after my scheduled time to get my lashes done and when I mentioned how many lashes I was getting on each eye and that I was using Groupon, the woman seemed to change out her supplies. I believe she forgot to "prime" or cleanse my right eye before applying my lashes as well. I felt some sharpness during the application and assumed it was her tweezers sectioning my lashes off to apply the extensions. This was my first eyelash extension experience so I do not have much to compare these lashes to in that area; however, I have been wearing false eyelashes for a long time and when my first eyelash came out it felt like stiff plastic similar to inexpensive falsies. I think they look great - I will be completely honest and I am not in any type of discomfort after a week of having them on. Not sure if I will go back considering my experience and after reading other reviews / guides mentioning it takes an hour to complete the service for a basic set while my 100 glamour lash set was completed within about 40 minutes - not to complain about fast service but it's a little questionable. Plus, when you use groupon they only tell you it doesn't include tax when you're finished, and then charge you more after your service for "tax" (they request more money than it would be for tax) not knowing this I only had what I was intending to give as a tip. I just got my lashes done for the second time and they turned out really great! The technician was skilled, so I didn't suffer any discomfort while the lashes were being applied. The shape and length of the lashes were a great match for my eye/eyelid shape without looking obnoxious or obvious. They just help to make my eyes look wider so I don't need to apply any eyeliner! Also, they are super comfortable and I don't even notice that they're on. The technician who applied mine didn't leave any excess glue or anything, so that hasn't been a problem. This was the absolute worst experience with a cosmetic application I've ever had! I want to start off by saying I'm 23 years old and never make a big deal about situations like this and hate to complain but I am honestly so blown away by how bad this company is. I wish I could give this place negative stars. I went after buying a Groupon and it was my first time having extensions applied. I was a little nervous because I have sensitive eyes and the woman who applied my lashes was so rude and kept complaining and saying I was blinking too much. At one point I asked her "is this eye almost done?" And she just ignored me and didn't respond. It hurt the entire time and my eyes were burning. When I paid the woman at the front said it was normal for my eyes to be as irritated as they were (which I found out later is not true) and then I tipped the woman who did my lashes and the woman at the front desk asked her a question in another language (clearly asking how much I tipped her) and then went on to tell me that the normal price is 250 dollars and I had paid an extremely discounted price. Like I should have tipped her more The whole rest of the day I was sooo uncomfortable. I could feel them and my eyes were irritated and bloodshot. Someone I knew is a cosmetologist and looked at them for me and couldn't believe what a bad job they did. She said they applied the lashes way to low on my lashband and she was attaching the lashes to baby hairs which aren't strong enough to hold the lashes. She also clumped a bunch of lashes on one hair and she didn't spread them out at all. They were too heavy for my lashes and she said if I had left them I would have woken up with my eyes swollen shut. I was so irritated I had her remove them. The same day I got them in. I hate this place. They are not only rude and unprofessional, they also clearly do a terrible job. NEVER NEVER GO HERE! They are absolutely horrible read more

I went to this spa twice after purchasing a groupon. It was my first experience with either. The number I called was a central number so there was confusion with where the appointment was so when I arrived My appointment needed to be rescheduled. The full set of lashes were beautiful and I was hooked so I returned again within a week for refills. Plus, as I explained to them, I was going away. I will NEVER go back! They missed half the eyelids and the lashes were there were clumped and full of glue. Plus I hate when people talk in another language in front of you when you are the odd man out. Yes, it is pricey BUT mink lash applied here is just simply the best. As it's being applied you would feel super relaxed and the surroundings is quiet and the technician has light hands. Horrible!! I used a groupon for the full application service with the 2 week touch up. After a couple days the lashes become very uncomfortable and actually painful to blink. I called and said I wanted to cancel my touch up appointment and to just come in and have them removed and they told me it would be a $50 charge! Soooo after spending $100 for lashes that I couldn't even wear for more than a week they are making me pay for the removal. Ridiculous. Went recently on a groupon in preparation for my wedding. Went about 2 weeks prior to the wedding date for the full set, and it was great. I want back for a fill the day before my wedding and my experience was less than pleasant. The technician who was working on me apologized before we started stating "she wasn't sick, but her allergies were bothering her." Okaaaayyy....... She then proceeded to apply the extensions. She stopped several times to blow her nose and then would proceed to touch my face immediately after. At first I was shocked- surely she must have used some hand sanitizer and i just didn't realize it. It happened again, and again... I wanted to get up and walk out but my wedding was the NEXT DAY so I was stuck. Only after I finally asked her if she was using hand sanitizer or something did she finally get up and wash her hands. She seemed annoyed that I had said something- and reiterated to me again that it was "just allergies." OK but mucous is mucous, and I don't want YOURS on MY face. Unsanitary. I see there is a mixed bag of reviews but I can only go by my personal experience. I bought a Groupon early last year and since then have been addicted. I have seen a few different techs as my schedule is crazy and can't always get the same one..but I have never had a bad experience. Of course some techs I like better than the next but my lashes always stay put and look great. I have gone 4 weeks and they still look full and beautiful. I use oil free eye makeup remover, I keep them dry as much as possible and it seems to help the longevity. It's important to do your part at home to keep them in place and looking fabulous! Everyone I have encountered has been courteous and friendly. Also very accommodating if you need to switch your appointment around. I highly recommend them. read more

The full glam set I got at lashful last week is absolutely amazing. The technician took her time and I am so happy with the results. I've been getting compliments daily. I had a terrible experience right from my first phone call requesting the worker Jenny who i was referred to use. When I told them I Had a Groupon they said Jenny doesn't do groupons to take Amy. When I got there I Received a new girl and they failed to say it wasn't Amy. They gave me four style options and I did not get the style I asked for but had to leave as is because it took 2 hours and I had to get home. When I came back for the free follow up 2 weeks later I got another worker who took 2 hours for the follow up. She was picking and poking and when I asked is there a problem she said my last technician messed them up. After 2hours they were still not the style I asked for and they were clumpy and full of glue! To add insult the cashier asked for $79 when the follow up was included in the groupon fee. After proving it to her with a photo from my phone (insulting) I left very unhappy TWICE!! I do not recommend this location not sure about others!! read more
