When I went there the manager said she didn't know anything about it and couldn't find my name in the system so I paid for the saem items a second time and she told me she will speak to someone who she thinks knows about the mix up and agreed to refund me when she gets the info she needs and then said she put my information into the system a second time and would get back to me. I waited well over a month and she never contacted me so I went back into the store to ask what happened she then pretended she didn't know what i was talking about then went to she heard about it then a moment later she gave me every single detail about the conversation. I guess playing dumb didn't work for her especially when it got to the point that her lies got out of control. She then looked for my information again and then said that unless I own a restaurant none of my sales or information is stored at that point I asked her well if that is the case why pretend to add my information on 2 different occasions and then at that point she became angry with me and I said I am trying to treat you like a lady but you just want to sit here and lie to me I guess you are just someone who lies a whole lot and called her a lier. I walked out of her store paying for the same items twice and told her she has lost my business.

The 4 trainers that I had, said that "most" of their current drivers cannot complete the course. In fact, some of the trainers I had were not perfect. I managed to complete each maneuver multiple times. There were times where I did not successfully complete a maneuver. To get a call letting me know that they do not feel that I am able to drive their trucks....BS. I had 4 different trainers. Each of them after the first, telling me to something different than the previous trainer. To learn something, and to be told it is wrong, is ridiculous. The talk about safety. Because I hit a cone, doing a figure 8 going backwards. Hmmmmmm..... when will any CDL driver have to do a figure 8 going backwards? I am just asking. So, they probably saved me a headache. The trainers are not the most professional people. I understand that a cone should be treated like a person, non-movable object or another vehicle. I upsets me that the trainers can use a cone to determine if I am fit to drive. In my 38 years of driving, I have not had any moving violations, or at fault accidents. I am done ranting.
