We were at Disney World last month and this is another cute ice cream place that we stopped at. It was so hot while we were there and these little stands selling cold items came to the rescue. The ambiance was casual and super good ice cream. I ordered the Cruella Ice Cream sandwich. It really hit the spot! Drizzling with chocolate over vanilla plus red sprinkles and a waffle cone dish. The Mickey Brownie Sundae at Hollywood Scoops was definitely something that caught my eye so I had to come by to try it on my last Disney trip! I didn't get a picture of the ice cream I ordered because they overfilled it so much that it was melting everywhere immediately after I paid it's 90 degrees outside and you expect me to eat this heaping mound of ice cream before it melts? Deducted a star for that. I got the mint chocolate chip ice cream, my son got the Mickey brownie sundae (vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, sprinkles, and a Mickey shaped brownie), and my husband got a chocolate shake. The mint chip was nothing to write home about, the chocolate shake was very light and airy reminiscent of a Wendy's chocolate frosty and not a real ice cream shake, the Mickey brownie sundae was definitely the highlight my son loved it. read more

Ice cream place right near the entrance food area in hollywood studios park disney world. prices are a bit steep but they do give a large amount of ice cream so you can even split with someone. brownie sundae includes a hot brownie, very good. staff is sweet as always read more

This is my favorite place to get ice cream in Hollywood Studios! It definitely has the most unique menu and the highest quality ice cream. I love the brownie sundae. It comes with your choice of ice cream, a Mickey brownie, whipped cream, hot fudge, Mickey sprinkles, and a cherry on top. It's large enough to share and the price isn't too bad. This time, I got mint chip. Service is fast and the ambiance is casual, but cute. read more

We have been here many many times. This is the ice cream shop located inside Disney's Hollywood Studios. You need a park ticket and park reservation in order to go here. It is located near the front, right next to Tower of Terror. This is the ice cream shop. Their menu includes hand scooped ice cream, sundaes and brownie sundaes. They have a wide variety of ice cream flavors including chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, cookies and cream, mint chocolate chip, sherbet and more. The ice cream is good, every time we have had it, it's cool refreshing and hits the spot when craving something sweet. I like the sundae for barley a dollar more, you get hot chocolate, whip cream and a cherry. For .50 cents more you can add a brownie and now make it for two! Their prices are not that bad. Now the secret menu that I feel not a lot of people know about. Did you know.....they have mimosas in the morning?! Well I am here to tell you that they do! For just the AM hours, they sell mickey waffles and mimosas! This is why we go here in the morning. I loved these. They had the perfect combination of OJ and prosecco. It was not too Orange Juicy, so it wasn't sour. I will get this every time! I don't think many know about it, because there was no line. It's a great place to grab your mickey waffles and start your day with a mimosa. The shows around scoops, Fantasmic and Beauty and the Beast you can bring food in. I would definitely recommend grabbing ice cream and watching a show and in the morning grab a mimosa and mickey waffle and enjoy the morning. read more

Got the candy cane milk shake. We did not have to wait too long for the drink. The drink itself was pretty good and sweet. I enjoyed the peppermint flavor. I was not a fan of the chocolate donut and could not take more than one bite. I shared the drink with one other person who thought the donut was fine, so I guess it all depends on your personal preference. read more

I must return someday We were hanging out by the Tower of Terror when we spotted Scoops. Impulse buy, I headed over for an Ice Cream Sundae. This nice sized sundae in a paper dish sure was good. Now I read I should have gotten the Brownie Sundae, something even better than what I had? Sweet tooth alert I have a problem I know: Who would have thunk, that a little hidden kiosk right off Sunset Boulevard would have one of the tastiest quick service desserts I have tasted in a WHILE! (Don't get me wrong...much love to Dole Whip, but.... the **caramel man? It's heavenly on this.) I was concerned about where I would sit given that it's just a small quick service stand (plus the park was crowded) but a quick look to the right and I found a few picnic tables up for grabs. First bite I was hesitant, kind of. I love brownies, and sundaes, just not really together. I guess I was worried that the usual problems when eating a sundae would arrive, (cold/hard brownie, gross sauce, insert picky eater problem here..) with the added disadvantage of it being a theme park food (which from experience, can be either hit or miss with snacks) and I would hate it. But boy was I proved wrong. That ice cream was so nice, theme park ice cream always is. And the sauces...they were the STAR of the show. There's something about the way the textures melded together (super foodie-like sounding, I burn water btw) and the temperatures of each item blended that had me over the moon. The brownie was pretty ok, however because of all of the toppings and the way it was warmed was just the ticket. My only complaint was that even in the cold weather we had last week, the sundae melted fairly quickly maybe because the caramel sauce was really hot. Even with all the melting I hardly noticed as I ate it so fast, almost inhaling it. Seriously I about ate the cherry whole in one scoop. Yeah that good. Would get it again for sure. TLD; Just go try the brownie sundae ok? You're welcome. **Disney, there must be something in that caramel. We are on to you don't you even try to deny it. read more

Had to stop for a mid-day ice cream break during a long day at Hollywood Studios! This location is near Tower of Terror and Rock and Roller Coaster, so I recommend grabbing some ice cream before you get in line. When I went, the line moved very slowly and it seemed like they were short staffed. However, the ice cream hit the spot on a hot day! I ordered the cookies and cream and it was delicious. read more

Decided to eat ice cream for dinner tonight. This shop is very basic and simple with its offerings, but service is great, and the price is reasonable. My wait was not too long, and I happened to see the light show of Tower of Terror while waiting in line. Highly recommend if you want ice cream at HS. read more

On a hot day enjoying the park there is nothing better than a large cup of mint chocolate chip ice cream! Just a small old fashioned ice cream stand to grab a treat and cool off on a bench under the shade, or in the outside covered dining area. Not too far from the Tower of Terror for a pre or post-ride treat. read more

Perfect little snack before we went to wait in line for the Hollywood Tower ride! There's seating near the side/backside of the shop but it's very limited so grabbing it to go is a perfect compromise. The flavors are quite typical of any other shop and the portions are adequately sized. There may be a long line. Ut it goes by quickly as they've got it down to science! Highly recommend if you want a sweet snack at a reasonable price! read more

This little gem is located across from Tower of Terror next to the Beauty and the Beast stage. A little kiosk type place that serves the yummiest ice cream. It's a nice spot for a little sweet treat while your waiting in line for Tower of Terror. Bc yes, you will have enough time to order your ice cream, eat it, and still have to wait to get onto the ride lol. My little loved her ice cream and it's nice to have a hand scooped treat rather than just the Mickey ice cream bars. read more

Cute little stand located near Tower of Tower and the Beauty and the Beast Stage! The standard size is the most worth it because you get two scoops for around $6 while the kid's cone is only one scoop for around $5. However, the kid's cone comes with Mickey ear chocolates so I guess it's more fun! read more

Hollywood Scoops Ice Cream Brownie Sundae $6.79 We had the opportunity to have family visit, and we were able to kick off the holiday spirit at Hollywood Studios to check out all of the Christmas decorations! With Disney Adventures, comes several in park snacks, and this was no different! Hollywood Scoops is located on Sunset Blvd, right beside Tower of Terror, which is a convenient spot during the Sunset Seasons Greeting Show projected on the ride. We grabbed the Brownie Sundae - House-made Brownie and Old-fashioned Vanilla Ice Cream with Hot Fudge and Whipped Cream Although it does get a little chilly at night, it's never too cold for ice cream. The delicious hot fudge and warm brownie was a great contrast to the cold ice cream, and all of the flavors mixed perfectly! If you love ice cream, this is a must have, especially on those warmer days! read more

I got ice cream on a cone but it was more like cone on top of the ice cream. Plus you can't eat the cone because the paper is glued to the cone. Had to throw away the cone. Very disappointing especially when you pay $6. I expected more. read more

This Icecream shop is adorable and has wonderful workers! When I asked if they had vegan options the store manager came over to show me the binder of options for food allergies. I was pleasantly surprised to see a few options for vegan icecream! Not only did the manager help me with my options, he made sure the process of making the icecream was free from contamination of dairy products and served me the Tofutti icecream with sprinkles and a cherry on top! read more

It opens at 12:30pm in the afternoon and the line usually starts about 10 mins before it opens. I think it's super conveniently located near Rockin Rollercoaster. They offer a variety of options, but we went for the cup size of cookies n cream. SO good and came with 3 scoops!!! Great value honestly. read more

It was a hot day and everyone walked around the park with their ice creams. Ordered Olaf's perfect sundae day and apple crips a la mode. Olaf's perfect sundae day ($5.59): I got this because I love Olaf and the blue marshmallows look interesting. The vanilla ice cream was not good and everything else tasted very artificial. Apple crisp a la mode ($6.19): it was already melted when we got the ice cream. Bottled water ($2.50): not too bad for Disneyland but still LOL They have plenty of seatings near the area. We were really impressed with the variety of ice cream available at this small stand. There is no seating, and this is not indoors. However there are a lot of benches or areas around the planters where people sit. And if you walk another 20 yards or so you'll be in a covered seating area. Ice cream sundaes with or without brownie are $6.50 or so, slightly less if you don't get the brownie. One thing not on the menu is a hard milkshake which is made with hard root beer and ice cream. Ice cream that they use at this site is both soft serve and hand scooped. read more

Take the road to the Tower of Terror.... then eat delicous ice cream... no more then a 2 minute wait. And boy was it worth it. This ice cream is better then the little ice cream stands selling mickey heads. If u are hungry and ready to eat ICE CREAM this is the place. I found this place really mediocre and maybe it was because I ordered the wrong thing - but the ice cream sundae came in a bowl (not even a cup) and I had to dig around to find the cherry. Completely underwhelming. I still have it three stars because frankly it's hard to get wrong with ice cream, and my sister in law's ice cream cookie sandwich actually looked quite good. So I guess that's the lesson there - if you go, have THAT. read more

Had the brownie sundae it was super good. This ice cream place is on the road like if you are going to rocking rollercoaster, tower of terror and fantastic theater. You can't miss it it's right on the corner with a big scoops sign. Great for a hot Florida Disney day. read more

I grabbed a cone (really a cup of ice cream with a cone stuck upside down inside) while walking around Hollywood Studios. It was getting warm out, so I thought a frozen treat would be nice. First, I waited for way too long for a cone (AKA cup with an upside down cone). When I ordered, I paid, and then went to another line, with my receipt in hand, and had to turn it in, after waiting in said line, before having the staff make my order. Then I waited more, for the item to be ready. When I got the cone (AKA cup with an upside down cone) it was a bit of a letdown for all of the waiting I did. Next time, I will skip it. Never found out why they advertise selling a cone but actually put it in a cup with the upside down cone topping it. read more

Every single one made me pause mid-bite like, "Wait... why is this actually amazing?" The staff? Unreasonably patient. I asked for so many samples I started to feel like I was conducting a scientific study. Not once did they judge me. If anything, they enabled me. What I appreciate most is that it's not just gimmicky weirdness--there's actual thought behind every flavor. You can taste the intention, the creativity, and possibly a little chaos. Final verdict: Salt & Straw is what happens when ice cream stops playing it safe, goes to art school, and comes back with bold ideas and great taste. Come curious, leave slightly confused but very happy.

We were honestly in sticker shock. Spending around $20 for an ice cream dessert was more than we could justify. I understand you're paying Disney prices, but this felt excessive. I'm sure the ice cream is delicious, but for us, the value just wasn't there. We decided to spend our money elsewhere and found other dessert options that fit our budget much better. If price isn't a concern, this may be worth a visit. But if you're looking for a reasonably priced sweet treat, I'd recommend exploring some of the other choices around Disney Springs instead. I just couldn't stomach that price unfortunately so we had to leave.

Great quality ice cream and gelato with cup, cone, macron, or brioche(!) options. It is interesting to order and then say it again when you go up to the counter when your number is called. L'Artisan des Glaces is in the France Pavilion at Epcot. It's sort of hidden in the back of the France Pavilion. It's a ice cream kiosk! You'll find a rotating selection of house made ice creams and sorbets, up to 16 different flavors. Some of the standout frozen treats include the macaron ice cream sandwich and the croque glace (warm brioche bun pressed around a scoop of ice cream and topped with sauce). When I stopped inside the restaurant, the wait time wasn't too long. It was approximately 15 minutes. I've always wanted to try out the chocolate macaron ice cream sandwich. It was pretty small though, but the flavor was amazing! I did end up taking the macaron ice cream sandwich over to the single rider line for Remy's! Because this dessert shop is in the World Showcase at Epcot, this is a great spot to break while walking around the different pavilions. Seating is limited, but if you walk a little bit near the Disney's Beauty and the Beast Sing-A-Long, there are some more benches that you can sit at. This is one of the better sweet shops in Epcot!

We were staying at the Yacht Club, and it was only a few minutes walk to get here. You walk out to the lobby, go outside towards the pool, and curve around the building until you get here in just a matter of minutes. There's a line at the door to get seated, and there's another line at the window to get to-go. We ordered the classic banana split and the No Way Jose. If we had known they were going to be so huge, we probably would've ordered less. The No Way Jose was chocolate and vanilla ice cream smothered in peanut butter and hot fudge topped with peanut butter and chocolate bits and whipped cream. We got the classic banana split with vanilla, strawberry, and butter pecan, and it was topped with pineapple, strawberry, and marshmallow, hot fudge, caramel, toasted almonds, and whipped cream. Our two toddlers went nuts. The three year old knew the drill and went at it. The almost two year old, who is seldom allowed ice cream, didn't know where to begin. In the sweltering Florida summer heat, our family of 4 demolished these two behemoths as quickly as possible before it turned into a soupy mess. We would definitely come back if we stayed in the area.

It was not overly sweet nor bitter and it made my palate happy to consume such a yummy treat. The kiosk space is small, it had about 4 employees working hard to make sure every patron received their treat within a matter of minutes. I sat by a table under an umbrella to hide from the sun, before it melted my treat to non-existence. This flavor combination is delicious and should be everywhere.

The establishment itself doesn't have tables and chairs to eat inside, however, there are several places to sit down outside, on the actual boardwalk. Our order consisted of three sundaes * Surf's Up Sundae * Strawberry Splash Shortcake Sundae * Bayside Brownie A La Mode Sundae All three sundaes were crafted well with tasty ice cream and toppings that lived up their names. The Strawberry Splash Shortcake was my favorite. The large chunks of strawberry shortcake left this sundae unparalleled. Pricing was also fair and the CM building our order did so with care, precision, a smile. Our first visit to Boardwalk Ice Cream was a success. We would definitely return in the future and would highly recommend this spot to anyone frequenting the Boardwalk.

When you arrive, you actually walk around the side to place your order, and you end up in this small room with a massive menu on the wall -- so many options to choose from! I ordered a one-scoop Birthday Cake ice cream in a cake cup (birthday week calls for Birthday Cake!), and the ordering process was pretty simple since everything is done on an iPad. You don't really interact much with the staff since there's a curtain separating the counter, but the iPad system was easy and straightforward. The ice cream itself was really good -- I enjoyed every bite. The indoor dining area had plenty of tables, chairs, and lots of napkins, but I do wish the atmosphere was a bit livelier. Even a little background music would make it feel more welcoming. If you're looking for a quick ice-cream fix with lots of fun flavors to choose from come check it out!

After finally trying them...I'd say they're absolutely worth the wait. Luckily, we stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon and only waited about five minutes. It was scorching hot outside, but they have umbrellas every few feet along the line, which definitely helps. I had always imagined walking into a large bakery or café where you could sit down with a cookie and coffee. Instead, it's actually a tiny, dark, whimsical shop with a queue that wraps around to the displays. It almost feels like you're walking through a Harry Potter-inspired attraction with its gothic décor and old-world bakery vibe. Despite the small space, they have three checkout registers, so once you're inside, the line moves surprisingly fast. One tip for first-time visitors: don't rely on the cookie menu on the website. Many of those flavors are seasonal or limited editions. The menu card they hand you while you're waiting in line shows the flavors available that day, so decide what you want before you get to the register because ordering is pretty quick. Now for the cookies... Banana Bread Chocolate Chip - 20/10 Without question, the standout. It tasted like warm, homemade banana bread with added chocolate transformed into a giant cookie. The funniest part? My son bought an extra cookie to take home for his girlfriend...but after one bite, he decided to keep it for himself! And that's saying something because he's really into health and fitness and rarely eats sweets. If you're wondering whether Gideon's lives up to the hype, I'd say yes. The cookies themselves are good--the chocolate cookies are loaded with chocolate chips, and the Coffee Cake cookie is absolutely delicious. I'd highly recommend that one. That said, these cookies aren't inexpensive, so it's really disappointing to pay that much and not receive what you actually ordered. Unfortunately, that experience is why I'm giving only one star.

You can watch the bakers adding the final, intricate touches to each dessert while you wait, which is really fun to see. They do offer a small selection of croissant sandwiches and specialty beverages, but for us, it's all about the desserts. From their signature creations to seasonal offerings, everything is visually stunning and (most of the time) absolutely delicious. That said, while most items are fresh and flavorful, we have experienced a few cakes that were a bit dry and seemed over baked. It's not the norm, but worth mentioning. Anyone else experience this? Yes, it's a little pricey--but it's Disney, and you're paying for both the quality and the experience. We got the nine pack this time of chocolates with hazelnut, espresso, pistachio, and raspberry, and they were all divine. We also got gifts for people, the chocolate covered marshmallows, and we regret not buying more of those, as well as more of the individual chocolates. They wrap the chocolates so beautifully, too. Tiny shop with a bit of a wait but so, so worth it. The chocolates are so yummy but not sickly sweet like most. I'm drooling just thinking about it.

Most mere humans would think this suffices... but Disney continues the decadence with a powdered sugar dusted Mickey on top.
