Enormous facility with tons of RV spots. We stayed two nights with full hook ups. Nothing fancy but plenty of room.

Road tripping around the US I've become a big fan of Holiday Inn & Suites. Rock Springs location is…read morea great example. Plenty of parking, easy check-in, well maintained, modern conveniences. The staff is friendly, the room is clean & quiet. It's easy to plug in electronics, the furniture is comfortable. The air conditioning works. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom. Need to do laundry? They have a laundry room. Want a sweet treat or a snack? Check out the small 'store' next to check-in counter.

I accidentally booked this hotel while trying to reserve a stay in New Mexico, and within 5 minutes of making the reservation, I called to cancel. I was told directly by a staff member that the cancellation would be processed and that any fees would be waived. Fast forward a week later...no refund. After following up, I was met with zero accountability. The owner, Lisa, showed no willingness to resolve the situation, despite the fact that I never stayed at the property and contacted them immediately after booking. This isn't about policy it's about basic customer service and integrity. When a business tells a customer something will be handled, they should stand by it. Instead, I'm now out $130 for a stay that never happened. If something goes wrong with your booking, don't expect understanding or flexibility here. That alone should be enough to make you think twice.

This hotel makes a grand first impression. The lobby is two stories high with a few seating areas,…read morean ATM, water bottle filling station and carpeted staircase. Breakfast was not included with our room. They offer a "2+2+2" breakfast for five dollars per person at the on-site restaurant. Two eggs your choice, two meat (sausage or bacon) 2 toast or pancakes along with either coffee, juice or soda. That's a good breakfast for five dollars. Table service with very friendly and capable waitstaff. (We left a tip for the table service) Our King room was down a hall off the back of the lobby. Kind of felt like I was being hidden away. Elevators, ice machine, guest laundry and recycling bins are off this hall. Another corridor off this hallway connects the hotel to the on site restaurant, event rooms, public restrooms, gym and pool. So it's conveniently located to hotel amenities, all of which are open 24hrs, except for the restaurant which closed at midnight. The bed was comfortable with 4 pillows. Soft sheets. Heat worked well in October and was quiet. Work desk, flat screen TV, fridge, microwave, coffee service, ice bucket and cups. Room has plenty of plugs and lights. A closet in the entryway has and iron & board and small dresser. A bench seat and an ottomen doubled at luggage racks. There is also a comfortable chair and side table that I very much appreciate. Bathroom has multi-use products and two sets of nice towels. Not one hook or shelf in there for personal items. The shower stall has sliding glass doors. This one constantly rolled open. With a bit of finesse I was able to convince it to stay in an almost closed position. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Shower drained well, toilet worked as it should. Plenty of TP and tissues. Check-in was professional. Check out was also professional and a bit more friendly. An SUV was parked under the portico during the whole of our visit preventing guest loading/unloading out of the weather. Parking in their lot is complimentary.

The bed was really soft and so are the pillows.I slept good that night. They don't provide a free breakfast, but they have a restaurant in the same building Old Chicago our dinner there was amazing but the breakfast was not as good. We paid five dollars a piece for breakfast vouchers, which included two eggs, two meats, two pancakes and a drink. When we went down there it was a buffet with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and pancakes and a drink. I just ate the pancakes not a fan of scrambled eggs and sausage. We would definitely stay here again.

We are so glad we did not skip this wonderful stop. We had stayed at many other locations over the years, and this is by far one of the most beautiful locations to park our motorhome. The camp managers were so very friendly. I booked over the phone and spoke to the very nice lady to secure the reservation. Upon showing up, her husband was waiting to check us in and show us to our site. They only have 2 or 3 "pull through" sites, which we were given the end one on the end. There are others you can drive through, but if they are busy, these sites are actually back in sites and you may not be able to drive through if someone is using the other side. The site was relatively level and the utilities were easy to hook up. Our site had full hookups with 50 amp service to accommodate our motorhome. They offered a laundry room as well as restrooms with showers, but we did not use any of these. They were apologetic for leaves and branches on the ground near our site due to a wind storm that had blown through the night before. It did not matter to use because everything was so beautiful and well kept in spite of the storm. We will definitely return to this location when we are in the area.

Would definitely stay here again! The town of Fort Bridger has a great historic park just 8 min walk from the RV park. Not a fan of the 10am checkout time, it didn't affect us but might be an issue for others.
