This used to be a 5 star facility, then storquest took over management. Not only did they immediately raise rates, the new contract they issued for pricing they didn't adhere to and increased the price anyways instead of the 4 month grace period. Contact states that rates would remain the same or their wording "discounted" THEN increase after 4 months, it didn't, it immediately increased. Managers won't return calls, main storquest won't help. Very disappointing because this used to be a trusted and honest facility. Contracts mean nothing. read more

I've been a customer here for 5+ years and can't recommend them enough. They take your business seriously and offer competitive pricing! Lots of different storage sizes and plenty of parking for storing recreational vehicles, trailers or whatever! If you have storage needs, do yourself a favor and come check them out I have no plans of leaving any time soon read more

Sweetwater Springs Self Storage should open 24 hours a day for loyal customers. I rent a storage unit size 10 x 20 is a reasonable price. My storage bill hasn't been increased since September 2010. They should add more lights on each storage unit during the nights. read more
