Today I went to see Dr. Chaudhari for a breast augmentation consultation and was very pleased with the knowledge and patience he possessed. He answered my husband and my questions thoroughly and listened to what I wanted as a result of the surgery. Although I left with a quote higher than the special that was offered, I feel the added costs (partially due to my preferences with implant type and aesthetic for incision and areola placement) were justified and needed. I did my research prior to this consultation and had a few other surgeons in mind, but Dr. Chaudhari was my 1st choice based on the before and after pictures. In addition, his personable nature and expertise made it so the other doctors didn't stand a chance. Made me have second thoughts after our consultation. I can't say that I had a good or bad experience. I tried to reschedule and they insisted on seeing me at a later time that day that was more convenient for me. The staff was slow to greet me and had issues with my sign in process. The doctor answered all of my questions and was thorough in his answers (even if they weren't necessarily favorable). They were fast to get me my $13k quote and if I had the option to choose a doctor to my liking for a $13k procedure, I'd choose one that was nicer and had more expertise specific to my request. read more

Dr. Chaudhari and his staff were very professional and made me completely comfortable throughout my experience. They answered all my questions with patience and kindness. After surgery they answered my calls after hours and regularly checked on me. I'm 7 months post-op with excellent results and excellent overall experience. I'm going to update my review. First, after my 8+ hour surgery, Dr Chaudhari did not once step out and speak with my husband. I found this upsetting and spoke with Pam regarding it but shook it off. During my first few post op visits, Dr Chaudhari was in the office and even walked past me but didn't say as much as 'hello'. On my second post op, Katherine says 'Why are you here? We just saw you.' My husband had taken time off work to drive me so it was a little upsetting considering she told us when to return. Around the 5 week mark, I had a small hole open up along my incision line which began to ooze. I emailed them due to being closed already when I discovered it was oozing and they got back with me around 4pm the following day- too late to really do anything. I went into the office the next day and Dr Chaudhari had to open the wound and pack with gauze. He did this with no numbing- I was told it wasn't necessary because I was already numb on the incision. I wasn't thrilled and it was extremely painful. But still, stuff happens and I was beginning to see some positive results from the procedure. At 6 weeks, I did a post op. Wound was beginning to heal and I was still packing it daily. He told me to continue as I had been doing and I was cleared to begin normal activities. I was asked to write a review while in the office- which I did. Feeling positive that things were looking up and I work in an industry that values reviews, I wrote a positive review. They requested that I place my review on Google, Facebook along with Yelp. I only did one review in-spite them calling and emailing to share further with the incentive of a 'complimentary' facial. No thank you, I still wasn't 100% sold on the entire experience. Since that time I have spoken with many other women who had Tummy Tucks- all of whom had very attentive surgeons. Post op calls were made by their surgeons and they did all otheir post op visits. I've now had my 4th wound open along my incision. I once again emailed them because they were closed. The following day I called the office mid afternoon because I heard nothing from them. Pam, who is always wonderful, put Katherine on the phone. Katherine tells me that yes, they got my email but Dr Chaudhari was in surgery all day. I understand being in surgery but someone could has called or taken a couple minutes to respond that they received my email and at least faked some concern. I was told Dr Chaudhari could probably see me the following day between 3-4pm. I told them I needed to check with work. No follow up call. Nothing. I spent over $17K for this. Bed side manner and customer service has been absent through the entire process with the exception of Pam. I am posting the pictures of my open wound- I am now 12 weeks post op. We have a dive trip planning in 3 weeks. I've been told that I will not be able to dive now with this open wound. Just an update- Dr Chaudhari finally reached out after I posted this review. Unfortunately, too little too late. ER visits, IV antibiotics, missing time away from work, referrals and more oral antibiotics. Such a shame that this could have been resolved if he had taken the time to handle post op visits or had cultured the initial infected wound. On to a State Board Complaint now. read more

I went in for lip injections. We used Juviderm I am very pleased with the results and love how caring the staff is, and of course Dr. C I bruise easily and did not have one bruise. Very little swelling. Dr. C has a great eye for perfection. I am very happy and pleased and it takes a lot to make me happy. read more

From the very beginning at the consultation, Dr. Chaudhari and his staff were great. They were very professional and made me feel very comfortable with the entire process. Dr. Chaudhari is very familiar with working with women in the fitness industry and this is something that especially stood out for me and influenced my decision in choosing him for the procedure as he was able to adequately answer all my questions and concerns. Full disclaimer, I haven't been treated by/consulted with this practice. I set up a consultation and the day of my appt, was informed that there's a fee and my appt was cancelled and I had to reschedule. In fairness, I don't remember a fee being mentioned in my initial call but they said it was so I give them the benefit of the doubt. We rescheduled and my husband informed me that he called and paid the fee. He said he spoke to a woman and paid via amex. My husband will only give details if he's done as he said he's done. I received a call today, a day prior to my appt, spoke with someone named Noosh, and was told it wasn't paid and my appt was cancelled. I told her that it was, she checked her records, couldn't find it, and that's when things became unpleasant. As a potential client/customer, I told her I would verify with my husband but is it possible to let clients know that payment is outstanding prior to canceling appts. She claimed that she called me several times (all times she gave were prior to my appt tomorrow so I was confused) and left VMs, I checked my VMs call list and zero VMs from her/the practice, she then said she was doing me a favor by giving me time to pay the $35 fee as if it was a hardship for me to do so. She then became condescending, repeated her "I'm doing you a favor" mantra and even threw in a "dear" for added benefit. Noosh, refused to let me get a word in edgewise, and while I was annoyed, I didn't yell, use abusive language (not who I am), etc. What I did do was inform her that I was no longer interested and hung up. I will check with my husband and ensure our "favored" payment will not go through. Note: I understand it's a business and I was not asking for special treatment... my 2nd conversation with the practice/ Noosh made it seem like it was SOP for the practice. My issue is, per suggesting clients be contacted prior to their appt if there's an issue instead of just canceling the appt, was being met with derision, rudeness, and an attempt to belittle me. Wasn't a great experience at all but I am thankful it happened before I opted in for the surgery. Always a silver lining. :) read more

The staff is nice, but if you are a male looking to get a gynecomastia procedure I wouldn't recommend it here and I had a lot of asymmetry from lipo as well. I was told by Dr. that it's just what happens sometimes he was passive-aggressive. I went to get a second and third opinion and the same things I was complaining about the other plastic surgeons agreed to what I was concerned about. I was nervous to get more done bc when I tried to explain it felt as if he was getting agitated or I didn't know what I was talking about. He also wanted to charge another 4K to fix the issues after I paid 8k+. My biggest thing from the jump I was complaining about certain things I notice a week postop but they pretty much looked over it and were like it should get better over time but didn't! I went and had another consultation and once again the issues they looked at were mistakes of the surgery. It was the same issues I pointed out to the Dr. I have photos but not comfortable with posting them. I even should him pictures of all the marked areas post surgery that were obvious. Also it's obvious that lipo wasn't done properly. I've recently seen another surgeon October2021 for a sec opinion. He started the obvious and it was basically the poor job of the surgeon. They will say whatever to save face. They acted as if they where going contact me back and never did. read more

I love Dr Chaudhari and his staff! The staff always remember me and you can tell they actually care about what my needs are. I had breast augmentation in December and am incredibly happy with the results. Dr Chaudhari also does my lips- I wouldn't trust anyone else to do it now, I've loved them every time. Talk about NEGLIGENCE. This doctor is absolutely inept and has no idea what he's doing when a problem occurs. He is in denial of facts and has not enough experience across the board. "Double board certified" I think not. This doctor let an infection live in my breast for a week with no urgency to fix the problem. Had to call the office several times to even get the slightest bit of attention. SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR MONEY...go elsewhere. BEWARE! read more
