Yelp does it again! After a rock cracked my windshield, I came here looking for somebody to…read morereplace it. Yes, there are several mobile repair operations around the bay area, but how good are they? It seems like you never know who's going to show up to fix your windshield. So I found Bob Santini here. Had never heard of him and really wasn't sure if he was for real. But the reviews convinced me to give him a call. Bob returned my message quickly and asked about my insurance coverage. I'd assumed that it wasn't worth it to report it to my insurance company, but he said that many people have policies with small deductibles for windshields, vandalism, etc. It turned out he was right! I called my insurance company and not only was my deductible $100 instead of $250, but Bob Santini was on their list of preferred repair people! Less than 24 hours later, Bob came to my place of employment (exactly when he said he would) and replaced my windshield. I learned that he has 30 years of experience and does mostly commercial work.
