I called Windshield Rehab about the passenger side door window on my 2002 Ford Focus and Richard the owner had his Technician here on the very next day. As it turned out the glass wasn't even broken. The regulator was however. The technician made some recommendations and secured the window for me until I can get to my mechanic to have a new regulator installed. The technician was very helpful and professional. Richard the owner was also very professional and helpful. Windshield Rehab is now my go to place for anything having to do with auto glass repair. I have Progressive Insurance and they happen to be a preferred provider. He got me on a three-way call with Progressive and long story short, my front passenger window was replaced with zero deductible THE NEXT DAY! They bent over backwards to accommodate my very unreasonable request to replace my windshield a mere four hours after I made the call, did it in my driveway, and did it with a smile and great attitude. This was the best experience I've ever had. On Sunday my back window burst. So I looked online for a company that was open on Sunday. I saw that Windshield Rehab was open, so I called and I talk to Richard. I explain to Richard what happened to Back window and that I needed it to be replaced that day because I had to go out of town the next morning.
