I wish this would have been double checked prior to being used on me because even if it's probably fine only happening once and (hopefully) it wasn't in a high dosage.. but was unable to confirm this - it still caused me immense anxiety that I really wish was avoided. I washed it off and emailed my doctor. But I still feel awful and wish more precaution was taken. This was my first facial since becoming pregnant (almost 27 weeks now) and I was really looking forward to it and thought I'd be safe here. Unfortunately I didn't feel safe and I wish I never came now. They don't have pregnancy pillows to accommodate pregnant individuals either. Maps told me it would take 45 minutes to get there. I guess it thought I would be going 15mph the whole way. I was finally able to call them to let them know I was almost there. The receptionist said it's 10 minutes into your appointment time so she won't be able to do your treatment but she can still do your consultation. I walked in 2 minutes later and she said she couldn't do it. I said I just got of the phone and they said I could so she went back to ask the nurse Erin if she could do it and she said no because her next client was going to be there in 15 minutes. The consultation I needed was one she had already given me. It would have taken 2 minutes. Needless to say I won't be returning.
