All the salesman we've dealt with were pleasant non-pushy and very agreeable all the salesman get along and work together. The two managers we spoke to while negotiating were not abrasive or explained their side and even though we pushed him for a very good price, they were never angry or disrespectful or passive aggressive. We had many questions about things we didn't understand, and they patiently. Even the backend warranty manager was pleasant and kind and didn't push or make us feel that we were making bad We were therefore 4 to 5 hours and nobody treated us poor overall I would very positive experience given how difficult car can be. Lastly Jeff was our sales guy for most of the process, he was excellent I felt he was on our side as much as he could be whenever we told him didn't cringe or tell us. I was really happy with the repair methodology chosen that saved the original deck finish and made the job more affordable. Also it was great that they were able to fit us in so quickly so we got to enjoy the boating season with our "new to us" boat. Lastly the price came in under the original estimate which is always a plus and Ryan passed that saving on to the customer which was very much appreciated. It has rained pretty hard since then, and there have been no leaks at all and everything is working well. Hard working no frills shipyard they don't have a fancy office - but they do good solid work and have fair and honest pricing.

I did use their bath room it was an emergency and a friendly person gave me the code. Looks like they had an area for nicer rigs and ghetto area for the less fortunate. I will look into this further and see if I can find answer to my suspicions . The sites appeared to be over used and too close together and lots of trash on the beach which we spent a few minutes picking up. Looks like we will stick to Fort Warden in the future it is nearby and has a lot more amenities there is also the fair grounds which are cheap to stay at. The only reason they survive here is its proximity walking to port townsend nothing else about this place is worthwhile.
