All the salesman we've dealt with were pleasant non-pushy and very agreeable all the salesman get along and work together. The two managers we spoke to while negotiating were not abrasive or explained their side and even though we pushed him for a very good price, they were never angry or disrespectful or passive aggressive. We had many questions about things we didn't understand, and they patiently. Even the backend warranty manager was pleasant and kind and didn't push or make us feel that we were making bad We were therefore 4 to 5 hours and nobody treated us poor overall I would very positive experience given how difficult car can be. Lastly Jeff was our sales guy for most of the process, he was excellent I felt he was on our side as much as he could be whenever we told him didn't cringe or tell us. I reported serious concerns about my vehicle and instead of receiving professional help, I was sent back and forth and asked to repeatedly document issues myself. The process felt like a constant runaround rather than a genuine effort to resolve the problem. I interacted with Brittney, Travis, and Jack, and unfortunately the level of customer care was far below what anyone should expect from a brand that presents itself as "luxury." Communication was dismissive and unhelpful, and at no point did I feel that the dealership truly wanted to solve the issue. What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability. Instead of taking responsibility and working toward a solution, the situation was repeatedly delayed and pushed aside. After this experience I completely lost confidence in Audi and decided to move on. I ultimately purchased a brand-new Mercedes GLE, where the buying experience and customer treatment were professional and respectful -- exactly what I expected from a premium brand. Audi promotes itself as a luxury manufacturer, but my experience with Audi Bellingham's service and customer support was anything but luxury. I hope Audi of America takes customer feedback like this seriously and works to improve how loyal customers are treated when they need help.
