I found the shop by luck from my google search. Reviews look promising & as I was traveling alone I wanted to find a trusted shop if I could. Well, I did! Grady got me with a tow truck, got my trailer situated at his shop and even let me use his utilities as we had to stay the night to wait on the part. He ended up saving me $300 on the part (my vacuum pump went out) and had us back on the road by the next morning. I wish he wasn't a 3 1/2hr drive to get to otherwise he'd be my new mechanic!! My family and I were over 350 miles from home on a camping trip at Suwannee River Rendezvous when our Denali suddenly started running horribly just as we were heading out to the springs. After a quick stop at O'Reilly's to pull the codes (which didn't help much), I asked for a recommendation, and they pointed me to J&W. I'm SO glad they did. I rolled in around 3:15 PM on a Wednesday, explained our situation, and let them know we had to be on the road by the next morning. Most shops would've either turned us away or seen us as an opportunity to charge a premium, knowing we were in a bind. But not J&W. They got us in immediately, diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and had us back on the road by 4:30--just over an hour later! The price was incredibly fair, the service was honest, and the kindness they showed us was unforgettable. Thanks to J&W, our family trip was saved and we were able to enjoy the rest of our time without a hitch. The Manager sent me to Wishes Auto Body in Lake City to get a quote and have it repaired. I took it there and met with one of the brothers I later found out was a painter not a mechanic. He told me his brother would order the part needed. 2 weeks went by, no call nothing. I called and spoke the the 2nd brother and he had no idea what I was even talking about. Part came in, scheduled repair. Once there we were told there was another part that needed replacing and they wanted to do a complete evaluation prior to ordering. I was also told by the second brother the first brother told me this. Never happened, he obviously lied to his brother. No big deal, I wasn't paying for it. Scheduled evaluation for today so they could order the right part I guess. My wife brings the truck in. They wind up repairing the truck without ordering the part they said they needed. I asked them why it wasn't repaired the first time we were there if it didn't need the 2nd part. The 2nd brother said because it needed to be taken apart. Now I was pissed. The 1st visit to repair it I was told when they took it apart they realized they needed the 2nd part. If that was not the case why am I wasting time and gas. I tried to explain to the 2nd brother they had it apart already ON THE LAST VISIT. He continuously spoke over me and wouldn't let me explain what had happened and why it was not making any sense. Then he hangs up on me. I called back several times for over an hour and they are now ignoring my phone calls. NOONE HERE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING! THEY ARE RUDE, TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE SHIT AND CAN'T EVEN LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER WITHOUT HIDING BEHIND A TELEPHONE. I am tempted to go down there, but I don't need to spend the night in jail.

We still had several hundred miles left ahead of us on a Sunday evening. Lewis Murray Tire appeared closed, but we decided to give them a quick call (the signs said 24/7 service) and were connected to the nicest woman who promised to get someone down to the shop within the hour. She personally arrived with David who got our tire patched and helped us get on our way safely. Probably a little pricy for the late night service but worth every penny to avoid getting the donut spare put on by AAA!
