We were looking for some live edge to be used for a floating shelf in our kitchen. Sydney worked with me over the phone to get an idea of what we were looking for and then picked out a great piece that met all our needs. She climbed up on the rack to take pictures for us before we made the drive out to ensure it was what we wanted! That kind of customer service doesn't exist anymore. We went out and looked around all the awesome stuff at their mill, finalized the dimensions we needed and paid for the piece. I came out a few days later once it was all milled with a template for our brackets and Austin and his coworker knocked it all out for me. They did an awesome job and I'm glad I had them do it, as I originally thought I'd just do it myself at the house. Once I got it home I test fit it and it was perfect after a little sanding. I had asked them to cut it a tad longer than I needed so I could get the perfect fit! With Sydney's advice, I sealed it up with some minwax and it really brought out the beauty of the wood. The pictures don't do it justice. My wife and I are as happy as could be with the outcome and the entire experience. We will definitely come back again when we're ready for more and I'd recommend them to anyone!

She asked what my availability was for the week to which I stated other than the day I had scheduled, The next Saturday was good for me. She informed me that they work Monday thru Friday to which i again informed her that the trees were in front yard and could be accessed and evaluated without my presence. I was told that someone would be put that week to look and give me call with an estimate. A week has passed and not a word. I am astounded that a business can survive while ignoring potential customers. I strongly believe in supporting small town businesses but also think that they have an obligation to reciprocate. Will not do business with this company ever. Additional Note: I called another local company who was able travel, view the trees and provide a quote in no more than an hour and a half. Trees scheduled to be trimmed less than 72 hours later.
