After being turned down by a local printer, I called Printing Solutions and they gave me a resounding YES, they could do it! Splendid. I sent them the files, specifications, called to pay on the phone and hoped for the best. I've been burned before with small town print shops, heck even large town print shops, so my expectations weren't necessarily high. But Lockhart's Printing Solutions delivered exactly what I had asked for, on time (a few hours before the deadline, actually), ticking all the boxes. Their built-in rush fee wasn't exactly cheap but it was still very agreeable, especially considering how quickly they worked on our order. My washer was under warranty and I appreciate him being candid with me and not trying to sell me on an expensive repair. I called and he came out the next day and submitted the claim for me to get it worked out. They have in stock a bunch of parts, so if you're fortunate to need a replacement part, they may have it immediately and you won't have to wait for it to be ordered. I've also used them for other appliances and every time I've been very satisfied. They're efficient and skilled and it's a small shop, so you talk to a real person and a short turnaround for a service appointment.
