Upon arrival the intake person was very accommodating and helpful. It took about 5 hrs to repair my vehicle. They were very thorough in their explanations, showed me pictures, contacted my warranty company and their attention to customer service was beyond expection. I got hungry and asked for a place to walk to, to get food. The intake person, brought me 1/2 of his own sandwich, chips and yogurt as well as a comfy chair to sit outside and eat. Upon completion every person exceeded ALL my expectations toward a customer they'd probably never see again. I'm 74 and have been driving 58 years.
