Hekari answered the phone when I called and was so friendly and nice even though I'm sure he's used to dealing with people in constant states of emergency. I left my keys in the car in a parking lot and he picked it up and dropped it off at the service center that I requested in Dickson, Tennessee. That's a long drive for what I'm sure is a discounted rate through my roadside service. I can't say enough good things about his positive attitude and great service. Had seen reviews and Essy seemed widely respected. Gave him a call. He answered and I asked if he could fit me in. He apologized that he couldn't because he was at his daughter's graduation that day but that if I called back Monday he'd see if he could fit me in. I ultimately found another shop nearby that also had good reviews with immediate availability and it was a good experience, but just wanted to say how much I admired Essy answering my call. I felt like he did in case it was an emergency repair situation (it obviously wasn't), which definitely reflects what his customers say about him. This is a serious safety issue. I was also charged for a fuel pump replacement to fix a long startup issue. The problem was never resolved, and upon inspection, it does not appear that the fuel pump was replaced at all. I spent a significant amount of money trusting this shop to perform the repairs they invoiced. Unfortunately, the work either was not done correctly or not done at all. I would strongly recommend getting second opinions and verifying any work done here.

Within the first few minutes we knew we finally found the right place and person to deal with. Carl was straight forward with the pricing and the waiting period for a build. We ordered at the end of January and our truck with the options we chose arrived the beginning of April well before the expected time frame. After waiting for over an hour I followed up at service desk and was told it was on its way. Told me to go back to waiting room because they would need a signature from the cashier. After another wait I went to cashier, she called for my vehicle and a gentleman brought up the paper work. Was told to go out to customer service to pick up vehicle.... mind you this was my first time there.... had to ask another associate where my car was she suggested I click the fob.... low and behold it was right out front parked across from door..... it had been sitting there for over 15 minutes.
