I'm a professional truck driver, so I stopped there to get my truck "professionally washed". The guys there firstly were really nice and pledged to God, that I'd be happy with their work (I needed my truck to be washed either from the outside and under the hood). So guess what? I had to show them multiple times, where they missed! And instead of doing their job right they started to yell at me, saying that they are pro's and I'm an idiot! For example, Mr. MIKE squealed at me, after I pointed out to him that he and his guys didn't wash the outside of the cabin of my truck. He replied in a very rude and disrespectful manner, that he is not going to clean it, because his back hurts and demanded me to pay him $130 dollars right now. I payed him in full and asked for the phone of his supervisor, to that he pointed out to his truck with the printed phone number of the Office on it. Same day I called the Office and met with the rep. The lady said that they don't have any "special tools" to wash trucks! We walked around my truck and I showed her the scratch, all the missed spots, dirt, smashed bugs over my cabin and other sh*t they left. She nicely ignored me and refused to either get the job done right, or give me the receipt, or my money back, saying that she will contact me soon. Right now they blacklisted my phone number. Cost seemed good, I can't recall. Maybe like three options, they do offer a touch-less and non touch-less option. I did the touch-less. The machinery seemed to work ok and also dried. After indirection it removed major dirt and grime from around 500 miles on the road. However not all revived from the windows. I think a 3.5 suits them and recommend.

Not Duke, as in the Yelp description, but maybe it used to have a Duke convenience store. Prices are usually decent, not the lowest but not crazy. Lower than nearby stations. Just don't expect amenities. It's handy if you're in the area.

She tore off the entire front passenger wheel well liner, tore off both front tire beauty rings, and bit through the front bumper multiple times. I just wanted the plastic parts replaced, no paint, no bondo, just replace the torn-off parts. After taking it to two other collision shops, each refusing to do the simple work I wanted, (everyone wanted to do full bump and paint, for over $4K....no...not for a 9 year old vehicle) a friend recommended Excite.
