I had to call the restaurant myself to sort it out, which delayed the delivery. When the order finally arrived, it was missing an item I paid for (the Million Dollar Bacon). I called the restaurant again to report it, but there was no apology or clear resolution offered. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and disappointing, especially given that the order was prepaid and should have been straightforward. I'm hoping this was a one-time issue, but better communication and order accuracy would go a long way in improving the customer experience.
