I love the family time pass it's open to the public it's non-instructor class, you get chance to spend time with your family and Freind's in the pool I'll definitely be recommended it's first come first served ( bring your own lock to protect your personal things in the locker room) !!!!. very convenient by MTA transportation: subway: 2,5-Train.Church Avenue Train station. or Q, B-Train.Church Avenue Train station. This makes getting an intensive workout in difficult when it comes to the pool, they need to enforce the rules. If people constantly have to pass you in a lane, you don't belong in a fast lane. Second issue is the gymnasium, you barely have time to play your favorite sport. They will dedicate hours of time to useless sports like tennis, soccer, pickleball? It's very inconvenient and not worth it. One thing I did like is the Sauna, the Sauna I had no problems with, it was never full and it does its job.

Scheduling is tough but the instructors are great and really care about the kids learning to swim. The facility is very clean even though the bathroom/changing rooms are very small. Parking is never an issue since there are over 50 parking spots. No worry about being cold because the pool is heated. It does get quite crazy during registration because of the limited time slots especially for beginner classes. They are expanding to a new location for the higher levels near Coney Island with a much larger pool which is needed for proper level 4+ training when they learn to glide. They also have adult swim classes on certain times but it's mostly younger kids here and mostly Asian kids. All students are required to have proper gear including a head cap and goggles. They also sell SwimKoi branded ones.

There are different classes and pool times for free swim. I am here mainly for the swim but I have taken yoga class here and enjoyed it. There is a workout room, cardio machines, a dance studio and a gym. There are also music classes. Many activities for children and adults. The locker room is okay; it's at the basic level of clean. No frills, just bring everything that you need. I do wish there were more lap swim hours but outside of that I do not have complaints on the facility.

I showed up at my usual time for three sessions and was told every time that I had "missed" class. No apology, no accountability -- just excuses. The way they handled their mistake was unprofessional and dismissive. The only good thing about this location is Griffin -- a fantastic instructor who is patient, encouraging, and genuinely cares about his students. Unfortunately, one great instructor can't make up for how poorly this place is run.
