Erica has been incredibly patient and has managed to keep lessons on track even with a sometimes unwilling student. By the 8th lesson, my kid was showboating in the pool like she was born in the water. Erica is also a very compassionate teacher. My child gets very clingy and emotional when she is tired, and Erica has been 'emotionally present' for her throughout the process, helping with hugs and sweet talk but staying on task and focused despite the chaos. This has been an amazing experience for us, and our child has grown immensely under Erica's guidance in just a few short weeks. In addition to swimming skills, Erica has taught our child skills that are transferable outside of the pool: relaxation, proprioception, resilience, and patience. Erica is always on time, and always 100% ready to start when she arrives. Friendly, sharp, on task, good at her job, kind, adaptable. I can't say enough good things.

Teresa's approach is loving and trusting but with the right amount of "tough love" that teaches the children how to survive in any water survival situation. My 2 year old most recently was tested in a real life situation when she lost her balance on a pool step and fell backwards in the pool; she instantly almost naturally knew to float on her back with her chin up until she knew she was near the pool wall to grab on. My child would never have learned this skill and most importantly done it under pressure without the teachings of "T.T.". The thing that impressed me the most when I first met Teresa was the fact that this special lady is truly in the business of teaching children to swim because she wants to save lives-and I know for a fact that she is every time she gets in the pool to teach a child! I will forever feel blessed that our paths crossed.

Some do help you with the moves, some just let you struggle. I hope they can hire someone to help show them professionalism, customer care and how to handle payments.
