We ended up buying a better tub. Dave gave me his cell number, I was able to text any and all questions I had, whether night time or weekends and he was happy to help. Nice guys and pretty quick service, however I have a few concerns about their water delivery…read more 1 - The request for service section feature on their website appears to go nowhere. I submitted an online request and called a few days later when they never contacted me and had no record of it. I submitted again from a different computer as a test and despite getting another confirmation email, they couldn't locate either request. Not good when service is urgent. Best to wait until business hours and call. 2 - The invoice they provide has no record of the amount of water they delivered. Was it 1800 gallons or 10? When a delivery is poured into a well, it is tough to determine how much they poured in since a lot seeps into the ground. Since they charge a flat rate regardless of how much they deliver, it's tough for a consumer to know they got their moneys worth unless its into a pool where you can see the volume. Prob won't use them again

I have used this company two times now within the last year, first to install washer hookups in the…read morebasement when I moved the washer/dryer from a main floor laundry closet to the basement, and then to repair a leaking toilet. For the hookup in the basement, they came to the house and gave me an estimate within a few days of my call, and then did excellent work. The second time, the toilet was still leaking a bit after the initial visit and they were very quick to come back out and address the problem at no additional charge. I will definitely use them in the future.
