Despite charging the highest fees in the area, their work was subpar. I ultimately fired them after discovering that his son was only adding chemicals to the pool without even removing the leaves from the basket. I then scheduled another company to inspect the pool water quality, and the results were alarming: Calcium level: 80 ppm (should be between 200-400 ppm) Phosphate level: 500 ppm (should be between 0-125 ppm) Clearly, the previous service was not maintaining proper chemical balance. Their lack of honesty and professionalism left me no choice but to switch to a new pool cleaning service. Someone posted, "His son literally spent 4-6 minutes from arrival to departure (video proof)"--and that's absolutely true. I wish I had seen those reviews earlier so I wouldn't have wasted my money on such poor service. I also have video proof showing that his son spent less than 5 minutes from arrival to departure. Stay away from this company.

He was so patient with us and explained the differences between our 3 main options (gas/electric heater/pool solar panels). we decided to install pool solar - Gustavo sent his team out and it was completed in 1.5 days. They were very thorough and cleaned up after as well. We also had a new pool pump installed. After the installation was complete, Gustavo helped us remove our old gas heater as well. Gustavo was always available by phone or text if I had any questions. He is extremely knowledgeable about anything pool related. He is honest and never tried to upsell anything. Most of my former pool services spent very little time on their weekly cleaning services and by the time the following week's cleaning arrived, the pool was a mess. At first he was awesome and very good all the way around and then I started noticing he was taking advantage of me for him borrowing my stuff for long periods of time and using my equipment on other jobs to charging me for more chemicals at the beginning of the summer to every month there is 5 weeks he would only service the pool 4 times to charging me to service my filter 250.00 which i just found out from my new guy he only back washes the filter which takes 5 minutes to do the service as it is a sand filter... The final straw was when I asked him to switch out a valve that took me 2 minutes to do and he wanted 25.00 to do it. I mentioned all the things I have done for him over the 2 years he was here and why he would not return a favor and I never got a response. The guy is very good but I have had Pool cleaners for many years and I allowed him to take advantage of me in many ways.... Be Cautious with this Guy, Trust me...
