They suck soooo bad....they apparently bought out my old trash company but will not uphold the way our previous company handle our business. I called and they said someone would call me back A WEEK AGO...and still nothing!!! They try to screw people over so bad its unreal. Poor service and management. Called to talk to manager about trash people throwing my trash cans. Manager said they can do what they want and of I don't like it take my business elsewhere. Problem is they are the only trash company and they know it. I asked to speak to the owner and he said the owner retired and he wouldn't give my number to upper management. read more

Horrible Horrible terrible dumped our trash out on the curb when they took the trash tote, also left their camel cigarette cartons along with it, no courtesy phone call or email prior to rudely dumping 4 bags of trash onto our yard. Apparently we did not pre pay the bill for service starting September 1st. The trash was dumped on August 24th and the bill was due by September 1st. We had been customers for 2 years. I have been with this company for years they have just recently started saying the trashcans need to be along the road , but this is an apartment and you can't get this many trashcans along this narrow road and not block it? Not sure why all of a sudden after years there is a problem with the trash cans locations ? These people will leave a note with a phone number but never answer the phone. They took my money for this service but are not picking up my trash! They are causing an unsanitary environment on purpose! They have done this twice now took my money , but not my trash and won't answer when I call to see why after all these years there is now a problem ? Do not use these people they want your money just not to do the work they are paid for and they will never answer your calls!!!!!!!!!! Even if this place is cheaper it is not worth it , I would normally put well I guess you get what you pay for. but in this case I didn't !!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!! Very reliable trash pickup. If there is a holiday, they will let you know if pick up will be a day late. Their staff are very friendly, courteous and easy to work with. I have been with this company for over 18 years. Last year I called and asked if I could have an extra trash can out with the poly cart. Sure no problem I was told. I don't always have the extra trash but sometimes I do. Then about 3 weeks ago they stopped taking the extra in can. When I called about it I was told that because I am on a senior discount (1.00) a month (woo-hoo) they will not take the extra can. No they just moved it to the driveway and left it set, still full of trash. I think if they had a change in policy they could let you know, If they needed the extra $1.00 I would have paid it, now I am looking for a different company to deal with. read more

I have never dealt with such a craphole place like this before in my life regarding services for garbage pick up. We spoke to some idiot named Scott. We were told that someone would be by to pick up our garbage and no one showed. We called to find out what the hell was going on and Scott said that someone would be by in the next couple of days. Then they told us that they could not find our account because we have not been at our Lake House at Indian Hills Lake in Cuba, Mo. in quite sometime. Then they wanted $46 for three months when we are only going to be here for two weeks!! Thankfully are account is closed out and past services have been paid. We are done with this loser company and have found a better company for garbage services. Swinger Sanitation can jump into garbage and roll around in it and go rot in hell!! read more

Had a great experience with this company. Requested a 30 cu. yard. dumpster. Dropped off next day. They had the best final price that I could find. When I was done they picked up same day. They do require a hefty 500 dollar deposit. Once they weigh and process what you have thrown into dumpster they return the remaining balance. I am sure this is in case someone dumps tires or paint and they have to pay to dispose of it properly, they aren't left with the bill. read more

I've have never felt with a company like this before we r a family of 9 ! They expect us not to have trash ! We will have it in cans and they will take the bag off top and throw it on ground and leave it ! I've called several times at times guy on phone is pretty plesent to speak to but I have to video tape wen they r here ! People r just unreal at times worst trash men ever but if my husband throws it in it's ok but not if they leave it or take bags out ! Y ? So rude ! read more
