I completely understand that it was an extremely hot day, and some melting is to be expected. But this seemed beyond what the weather could explain. I'm sharing this in the hope that the store will see it as an opportunity for some much-needed training and a reminder about the little things--greeting customers, presentation, cleanliness, and making sure the product is served as intended. I know my standards may be a little high because our hometown Culver's consistently provides excellent service. The parking lot at this location was clean, and I'm sure the team was dealing with a busy, hot day.
