Sorry in advance for the long review but these guys deserve it. I had been smoking for a very long time before a friend of mine came over with his vape pen and showed it off. I decided I'd get one to use inside since I was tired of rolling cigarettes and I didn't wanna have to take a break from projects or activities I was doing inside. When I first went in the staff was extremely patient with all my questions and very knowledgeable. I asked about various tips and batteries, how to change out the coils, what to do/not to do when refilling my pen, etc. and they knew everything. I carry around a business card everywhere to ask whenever I run into trouble (I always change the setting on my battery and forget how to fix it...) The staff is made up of some really great and friendly people. They expanded recently and my friend and I came in to play some fighting games on their television and vape on the couch. Afterward they ordered some pizza for lunch and shared with us. xD I know! Too good to be true, right? But they always remember me when I come in and treat me like family :) Another instance of great customer service: I saw a new case that I fell in love with but I was completely broke for the week. I asked if when I came in next time, if I could trade my old case to get a discount on the new one. When the guy checked out my case, he just said,"Tell you what... you can keep this one.... and then take this new case home with you too." I was so thankful and they can always count on me coming back. :) So! Awesome, amazing, friendly, knowledgeable staff? Check. They have a fivestar card that I can use literally almost anywhere. I took a trip to the bay and a little toy shop there even took my card and put points on it. I think it's 25 points to get $10.00 off, which is really helpful and the card is free! Also, for every $25.00 you spend in-store, you get a 10m bottle of liquid. I walked out with 3 bottles once, two of which were free xD Really cool deals for shopping with them? check! Their products are great too. I refer them to EVERYONE. My coworker is an ex smoker who is even thinking of getting a vapor pen from them with 0 nicotine just because he misses smoking sometimes and gets jealous when he smells all the flavors I get in his car.lol My favorites so far are Pistachio, Rose Candy, and Smurf Berry. I started with French Vanilla which was also really good but they're always adding new flavors and I can never keep up! Another cool thing is, they have a tasting bar, so you never have to commit to a flavor before testing it out. My Joytech also never ever lets me down. I stand by it and recommend it to anyone who's considering getting a vape pen. Another friend of mine gets the cheap little vapor pens that light up from other smoke shops and they're always breaking and taste gross... I tell him to go to Switch-To-Vapor but that guy just won't listen. He's missing out big time. Great quality products with great tasting/large assortment of flavors? Check! This is the ONLY place I currently and will ever go to. It is the ONLY place I recommend and I'll always stand by them. Even if you do wanna look around before committing to one place, please put this place on your check list because I promise you'll fall in love! I've been a regular for a few months now and if you just sit down and socialize with other customers once in the while, you'll feel like friends quickly even if the conversation isn't about vaping. Everyone will tell you they're happy and satisfied and everybody, from staff to clientele, is so chill.I'm 18 and have conversations with people in they're 30's or 40's just because everyone is so chill. I feel that they actually care and want to encourage you to do what you want (either switching or quitting) and don't try to sell you everything when you are there. They DON'T PRESSURE or try to convince you to continue to "Vape" as a away to keep you coming there to spend money. They want you to refer people, which is exactly what I will be doing. I don't think they are selling knock offs, but then again I am not sure I would know the difference just walking in there; nor really do I care because this was a start of what seemed like an impossibility. You feel important and worth their time, unlike a lot of cig shops or liquor stores you visit where you are treated like you are annoying them or they charge you different prices every time they feel like it depending on their mood. Love that you can enter front or back making it more homely and inviting. This is working for me as a safer alternative than a pack of Black and Milds a day and ultimately the best way to ween myself off of nicotine for good; love that they will increase or decrease your levels even if you are in the middle of a bottle (for free). If they could drop the price of the pens, that would be ideal but may not be realistic because there are staff and bills to pay just as any other business. In fact, them having more than one person in there has made it that much better because if one is busy, they step in and help each other instead of standing around. The first visit was great and everyone was friendly, the second visit was a quick in and out but not as friendly as the first (otherwise I would have given 5 stars). *May want to consider having them stay off phones while customers are in there* Overall it has been a very pleasant experience and I would definitely refer people there. read more

All I can say is WOW!!! These guys are excellent and very knowledgeable!! The guy at the flavor bar was extremely helpful, very informative and very PATIENT!! LOL. They have soo many different flavors it was hard to choose but he had absolutely NO problem with me taking my time and wanting to try their various different flavors... some of them more than once. Their liquid is superb as well! They mix it to your liking and if you're not happy with it later on you can always come back and they will mix it stronger or weaker free of charge! I am new to vaping as I am trying to quit smoking and have spent many hours searching the internet for the best e-liquids and ended up with some horrible ones!! I am pleased to say I have found my one stop shop and it's local! No waiting for it to arrive in the mail and no shipping charges or wasting your money on liquids that are absolutely horrible! They use quality FDA approved ingredients and I can honestly say that this is the place to go! Look no further!! Aside from their EXCELLENT customer service, their products are top notch as well! So i'm pretty new to vaping, have bought the cheap cigarette look a like rechargeable's that give out after a few charges and i liked it ever since. Recently purchased a Vamo v5 mod and i wanted to go to a vape shop and see what they have to offer rather then just browsing online stores and YouTube videos, and all of the staff was very courteous and helpful. I mentioned i was looking for a vape pen for my pops because i want him to stop smoking and they didn't try and push for an expensive unit and what not which is a good aspect when it comes to sales. So i purchase their branded e-go style vape pen with their logo on it, and headed over to the e-juice bar where martin was helpful enough to let me try just about 20-25 flavors and picked up their legendary smurf-berry and a tasty pome-dew in 8mg because to me anything over that is too much of a throaty taste for me, but for the pops i grabbed him tabacco light in the 14mg to ease him in on the transition from cigarette's to vaping as i'm not sure how he would feel smoking on fruity/sweet flavors off the bat. I signed up to their rewards membership program because well you get points and for every 25 you get 20ml of e-juice or $10 to a next purchase. Small shop but too me i like quaint so it works. I heard about the E Cig alternative to cigarettes a while back but thought I could quit on my own. Well, after several unsuccessful attempts and being very upset with myself and lack of willpower, I was ready to try anything. I met someone with a vape pen and he explained how it worked for him, so I started looking around to see where I could get more info about them. I called Switch to Vapor and Tyler helped me on the phone and invited me in to try out some flavors. I came into the shop about 15 mins before they closed, ended staying about 30mins after but they never rushed me, were incredibly helpful and made me feel very comfortable, even though I didn't really know anything about the concept. I'm so happy I was able to get my starter kit and have been doing very well with it. The guys were so nice and even helped me after the first week cut down the nicotine level for no cost. I lost my mother to lung cancer last year and have so upset with myself that I wasn't able to quit. This experience has really helped me and I know now with my vape pen I can stay the hell away from those cancer sticks!!! I was referred to Switch To Vapor from a co-worker. I've been smoking Camels for quite some time and was looking for a healthy alternative. The problem I had found with a lot of vapes was the tobacco flavors didn't taste very well, but more importantly they didn't deliver a harsh feeling in my throat that I desired. After sitting down at their flavor bar I was greeted and shown a flavor that tasted most like Camels. I was also showed different varieties to sample with varied harshness. I came in mostly for some information that day, as well as being intrigued from my co-workers experience. I was so impressed by the service, variety of flavors, and knowledge that I went back that night to purchase a Vape. I arrived 7 minutes after closing and was worried I was to late. This however was not a problem! They were once again friendly and very helpful and I did not feel rushed in the slightest. Words and star rating do a great job at expressing the service, price, and customer service of this shop. I do however feel that ratings and words don't do this shop enough justice. Please note that when I referenced the pricing, I was referring to online pricing from online retailers that have, no overhead, generally charge inflated shipping and "handling" costs and take on average 7-10 days to ship, if you're lucky. As previously stated, yes you can get it cheaper if you trust that you're getting authentic merchandise, are willing to wait 1-3+ weeks, and aren't concerned about what to do if it doesn't work or you need customer support (via email from china with someone who speaks English that's broken at best at 3 am), and don't wish to actually see and feel the item you are purchasing. Sorry for not clarifying the multiple sacrifices you must be willing to make to save about $5-$10. Tyler, thanks for the detailed explanation. That's just more proof that you truly are the best. After a horrible experience the day before at a shop called Just the Tip, I drove by and hesitantly chose to try this shop. Parking is a little strange because it feels like you are going to enter at someone's home if you park in the back. I walked in and I was greeted instantly by a guy named Scott. He was really nice and funny. I told him I wanted to stop smoking and he patiently walked me thru flavors and how they make their own juice and can adjust your nicotine levels. He told me to start off with a cigarette flavor but I couldn't resist and got that and a flavor called smurf berry. I went to the counter to get my kit while I waited for my juice to be made fresh. I am happy with the service and products. I only gave 4 stars for the small space and awkward layout but you can't have everything! Switch to Vapor is my favorite store for my vape juice & supplies. I haven't been to a store that treats me better. There are shops here in Stockton that have vape products but I find they lack the customer service skills found at Switch to Vapors. These guys know their products and are great at helping newbies figure out which setup fits their needs to helping their more experienced cloud chasers without making us feel like chumps. From my experience they have the best juice around. They have a huge selection of juice and they can create custom flavors to meet your tastes. For me making the switch from tobacco products is my primary objective and they get that. If you are looking to get off cigarettes check this place out they can help you find the setup that works for you. I have been going here for quite a while now, and have to say the customer service is outstanding!!!! I drive from the Delhi/Livingston area to go here. Not only because of the great service, but more importantly I love their honesty and value their opinions. I have never experienced pushy sales tactics. In fact they often show me how to save money with my purchases. In reading the reviews left here it is very easy to see what is going on. Switch to vapor relies on their customers word of mouth not some fancy advertising, and every time you go they are crowded... I think it's easy to say you don't have the customer base they have by being dishonest, pushy, or lacking customer service. I visited yesterday for the first time based on word of mouth. I am new to vaping and my hope was to use this as means to quit smoking. I generally smoke between half pack- three quarters daily. Since yesterday I have had one cigarette. I appreciated the time, patience and clarity all employees gave me. I had several questions and was able to try various flavors. When I told them I want to quit smoking they made recommendations based on my needs. They didn't have to take the time to do this and they kindly directed me to options that were unique to my case. Including trying out different nicotine levels until I felt comfortable with the one I chose. I have tried to quit smoking a handful of times and tried a couple of drugstore ecigs. My boyfriend brought me into Switch to Vapor after hearing good things from his friends. The guys in the shop are MORE than helpful. I tried as many flavors as I wanted and I got my rig. I have been smoke free for over a month! I don't even want to go back just like they had said. They told me anything I needed to know and answered all my questions. The pricing is amazing here. Every time I have a question they are there to answer. A true case of don't judge a book by its cover. Walked into the store, expecting one person manning the counter. This place is an operation. I have never used a vaporizer before, they took me back, found me a concentration that I was comfortable with and let me test flavors. The guy that was testing liquids with me answered all of my questions. Buying the vaporizer itself was a little confusing, but I think that the two gentlemen behind the counter did a good job at explaining things in a way that didn't leave me mystified. Overall, great experience. I was in and out in a timely fashion, and I left there with a bottle of fluid, a 1000mah unit with tank, a car charger and an extra coil for a hair over 60 dollars. On my first visit to this shop I was impressed with the staff, very helpful, and friendly, the store was a little small, but comfortable. On my next visit, they had added on to the store with a lounge and additional staff. This is a great place. You can try as many flavors as you like until you find just the right one for you. They have a rewards card for frequent buyers, and if you buy two bottles you get a smaller one free. I used to buy my flavors online, yes, they were a little cheaper, however when you factor in how many bottles of unused bad flavors I have purchased over the years, this is a much better option. Switch To Vapor is by far the best vape shop in the entire 209. Hardware can be found cheaper online but their assortment should satisfy most vapers. The main reason to come is the juice - not only can you sample all their flavors on your dripper, but they have ones ready to go as well. Their juice is far and away better than 100% of EVERY pre-made juice (like Cuttwood, Cosmic Fog, etc). Their price on juice was perfect when they were doing the buy 2 30s get a 3rd 30ml free. Now that they are back to the buy 2 30mls get a free 10ml it hurts the pocket more, but hey, it's a competitive business and I'd like them to stick around considering they are down the street from my work :p read more

Best place in town. I've shopped and tried vaping from several other shops and every place I visited treated me like I should know everything it always felt like a club and secret society atleast that's the feeling I got but when I walked into switch to vape the welcomed me and treated me like a beginner and talked me through the process of how and what the vape juices are made of. And to top it off they have a huge tasting bar of about 50 different flavors or more so you can taste the flavors you like before you buy them.
