We had so much fun spending the day with you all, capturing all the highlights of our day and night. The team was so beyond professional, focused, and organized. We know that there must have been tiny bumps along the way to handle on our wedding day, but you all handled them so seamlessly and quietly that we had ZERO idea. A day before the shoot the photographer Kunho text me to confirm time and location. I wasn't sure what to expect but Kunho was great. He was on time listen to what we wanted and the locations we liked. He was very professional and made us feel super comfortable. He took great shots and knew the park very well. The following day of our shoot he text me letting me know he had sent me a link to review our pictures and select the ones we wanted for him to edit. Once we select our favorites it took him a week and half to deliver our images. The final product looked great he edited them without them looking fake. I'm very happy with the pictures we got and the price was very affordable.

He understood exactly what we were looking for and fully executed. He was very flexible as we had to change dates due to covid without any extra charges. The package pricing is also unbeatable - for other photographers we looked into pricing for just wedding photos was the same or more compared to our package with NG Studio which included our engagement shoot, photo and video for the wedding (with Nour another photographer and two videographers + a drone), one full album, two smaller albums for our families, and 3 USB drives. For our engagement shoot, I was able to coordinate with Nour ahead of time to get both photos and video footage of me surprising my husband with his early wedding gift. We loved the engagement session since we were able to get to know Nour better and get more comfortable in front of the camera. He was so helpful by providing us with poses. For our actual wedding, I was nervous about being able to get all 80+ of my relatives in a group photo but Nour's team was able to get the shot! Nour is incredibly accommodating and so friendly. They gave us a link to our full gallery 4 weeks after our wedding. If you're also going with video, I'd recommend selecting or at least considering which ~10 songs you'd like for your video since my husband and I were slow about picking them. I'm so glad we decided to hire Johan to film our wedding ceremony! We weren't planning to have a…read morevideographer but at the last minute (about two weeks before the big day) we had a change of heart. I was anxious that it would be to late to find someone who could do justice to the occasion, and to make things more difficult we were on a very tight budget. Johan was very responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with from the get-go. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and really cared about delivering something we would cherish. On our big day he went above and beyond when our plan to capture the sound from our officiant's lav mic didn't go as planned and our vows didn't come through clearly. We only had booked him for an hour to film the ceremony as we were on a tight budget, but he offered to stay and re-record our vows, which I'm so glad we did - he did a ton of extra editing work to meticulously dub the sound over and even added some beautiful and tasteful artistic touches like adding our recessional song to the end which was a really thoughtful addition. Given that we had originally asked him to only deliver raw footage, he definitely went above and beyond (and never asked for a penny more than the original quote)!! It's clear that Johan really cares about his work and wanted to make sure we were happy with the finished product. We will cherish our video for years to come - thank you Johan!

I can not even begin to discuss the disappointment with this company and no one should feel…read moredisappointed on their wedding day. The photos I received from my wedding were terrible. Amanda was my photographer. The assistant photographer did a better job than my main photographer. The photos looked like an absolute mess. The getting ready photos that we're taken in my house, we're not set up by the photographer at all. She was just snapping photos from every angle with dresses, bags in the back, my bridesmaids in the back doing their own make up, all the bridal robes all over the place. When I brought this to their attention they used Covid as an excuse that they are unable to move things out of the photo and lack of space in houses (Funny - because my house has a ton of space). The whole point of having a photographer is to set up the scene if they didn't think the photo looked nice then she should've moved me to a different angle with nothing in the background. They also used the excuse that these were all candid shots. A candid shot is still set up nicely. I will The photographer put no creativity and energy into taking the photos, it was as if she just snapped a random 2000 photos and hoped for the best. When the photographer walked in, one thing I was specific about was where to take my detailed shots. I showed her the location of where I wanted them and trusted her that they would be done this way. She instead took it upon herself to use a different scene with my kitchen and microwave in the background of the photos. She was too busy in my house taking pictures of random things, like a half eaten tray of fruit, a tray of bagels that was already cut into, magnets on my fridge, and picture frames in my house instead of focusing on me and setting up the scene to make the photos look nice. Some of the most important moments such as the first look with my father, walking down the aisle with my father were messed up and blurry. These are photos that I would never be able to retake. I was actually concerned and wanted to bring it to the attention of Silver Fox and had a nasty response from Danielle, basically blaming everything on candid shots and Covid. I was then redirected to the manager and explained everything to him. I also mentioned why we didn't take more photos outside and his response was the photographer said it was cold out. My wedding was in March, obviously it was cold but I was the one in the dress and I was not complaining. He acknowledged that my photographer did remember me specifically telling her where to take the detailed shots and instead did it in a different place with the kitchen as a backdrop anyway. I was told that since I am feeling this way he could edit 20 photos for me. After spending almost $6000, being extremely disappointed and embarrassed to show people my wedding photos, I do not think that editing 20 photos would correct how I felt. It was the way the photographer did the job. Apparently after several emails, the photos are up to Silver Fox studios standards. That says a lot and anyone that is reading this review should know that apparently they have very low standards. I got better pictures from my friends iPhones the following day.
