I can honestly say that this has been the best experience ive ever had with window tinting. Not only did Sergey do an INCREDIBLE job on my A4, he was also prompt and fair. The guy knows how to run a business. (Plus throws some great jams while working that make wanna get up and dance haha). I would and most definitely will recommend this location to everyone that is looking to get tint done. I personally, brought my A4 in with old tint on the rear windows and wanted to tint the rear window 5% and gradually go lighter as you go toward the front. (12% backseat, 30% front and finish off with 5% visor on front windshield). Sergey had to remove my old tint before anything and I know that is a major pain. I set an appointment and when I got there the door was locked. I called and was told they close at 330, my appt was for 345, sign on door says 5pm. Why set an appointment for after you close? I have never had my windows in any of my vehicles tinted before. I was sceptical due to seeing vehicles driving around with that ugly bubble look from tint. Very Pissed about my experience with this company. Upon retrieving my car the employee explained how there were pre-existing scratches on my window which is untrue, my car's battery was dead, & my stereo was deprogrammed in which I have to seek assistance from the dealership to program. We brought our Saab to SWT to get it tinted. We were sooo impressed by the speed of their work! Firstly, the old tint had to be removed because it was messed up by the previous owners' dogs, and then the new tint had to be applied. Honestly that's not what we talked about...I even said that to the lady in the front that he will do everything for $300 I even stated everything? He agreed and shake my hands & that's the reason why I aggreed to do the job... In the first place, I wouldn't agree for him to do the stripes if he will not finish the roof and second Before he let us leave @ 10:15pm and he told me and my wife that he will finish everything once we comeback. I told him to write down on the receipt the thing that He needs to do but he refused to do it he said " I will finish everything when you comeback" then I gave him my money ($300) and I told him I don't need to pay for anything when I comeback right? He said yes I'll finish everything don't worry..I told him How bout saturday @ 3 he said yes thats ok.when I called saturday he said he will close early...I told him how about monday at 3pm he that's ok...I told him I don't need to call again bcoz I already got the appointment right?, and when I came there he said he already had another appointment at 3...So everything that he said and all the deals and appointment was a lie and very unprofessional. Not impressed. Overpriced tint. Medium quality (still got few bubbles here and there), but the worst part was when they claimed the door panel clips where missing from factory. Four day old truck had missing clips on the same side as the window was worked on!!!! 5 clips at 6 dollars each from the dealer. Don't recommend. read more

I did however get one of his advertising brochures stuck under my windshield wipers and whatever glue he used on the brochure caused most of it to stick to my windshield. Before his wife started taking over the place less than a year ago I would've given 5 stars. Back when it was called sergeys not swt. Not only were the prices cheaper but he did better work. His wife is EXTREMELY RUDE and bad for business in every way possible! Other than her very rude words and attitude over the phone and in person she told him to raise the prices when I was talking to him. It went from 55 to 90 to correct a window tint he had done 6 months ago for me. ( I got a ticket and needed to lower the tint) I still let him do it assuming it'd be a good job. And there was a huge bubble left on one of my windows! That huge bubble lowered down to a few smaller bubbles and looks just ugly! If I still lived in rancho cordova I'd have him fix it but I was just passing through. The main point of this review was for how terribly rude his wife is ( I can go on about all the rude things she said but I'd rather not ) and the fact that the prices went up and quality went down. Although he is using new tinting film it looks like. Doesn't make a difference to me, especially if it wasn't properly put on! The first time he did my car he did excellent work. Maybe he's stressed out from having a ruler telling him how to run his business. She should go back home where she belongs! Poor guy. read more
