I don't want to harm anyone's business, but this owner harmed me so bad in all the money i saved to get a car, so i am writing this review for everyone to be aware of C&k auto imports. I feel cheated, fooled, scammed, or anything els you want to call it after losing 15k$ just because I didn't do enough research about this untrusted dealership, Don't be fooled like me with their reviews Online. First I got an Audi Q7 with 86k miles on them for 23k$ with lemon law protect me for 1 month. After only 40 days of purchasing this car, smoke came out from the engine on my way from Connecticut to nyc on the highway, when i called the dealer (owner) and said you sold me a broken car. He basically told me "you can talk all you want on the phone and you won't get anything out of this" straight up direct he scammed me with a piece of shit that i paid a lot for. Of course he knows there's a problem with the car, and he sold it with only one month warranty and the problem happened only 10 days after the warranty ended. I called many lawyers and went around the city trying to get my rights and i couldn't have anything to be on my side. After purchasing used cars for 10 years and having tons of experience, This have been by far my worst experience ever. I went to fix the car at Audi for 1998$ cash cuz the car wouldn't event move, I had to tow it. After healing from this number i paid on top of this car, only 2 month after a bigger problem appeared. The engine burn oil and need an entire new engine for 10,000$. I sold this piece of crap and lost 15,000$ in cash in just 4 month With running only 4K miles on them. AVOID THIS DEALER, not only he didn't help at all or offer anything when the problem happened, but also he was rude with me when i tried to tell him about the broken car. Also the guy who sold me the car his name is Tom Sina, and haven't been any help whatsoever. Of course he stood by the owner side once i had these problems with the car. I was interested in a 2011 Jetta sportswagen, and was going to trade in my 2007 tundra. At the time Tommy was there but the finance department went home. Tommy showed me the car, it looked amazing. The other cars they had made me feel like a kid in a candy store (I only say this cause you better know what you want, cause everything looks great). Well we couldn't make the deal cause the finance department went home. But Tommy took down my information, had one of his guys test my truck, and said he'd contact me the next day; which he did promptly and gave me a fair to good trade in value. I was still upside down with my loan regardless. Tommy was patient with me; gave me a couple days and the day I was driving down with my truck to do the transaction, I fell back in love with my truck. They told they would fix the car and if I could come back tomorrow. Called twice they never fixed the car and didn't return my phone calls. First, the price I had in an email changed to a higher price. Literally went up an hour later. "The manager said..." Had to have vehicle serviced immediately upon arrival. Warning lights on, remote control doesn't work. Tires are badly worn (VERY VISIBLY feathered) due to being badly out of alignment. $275.00 dollar service and tires will need to be prematurely replaced. Floor mats missing. -- They replaced (yay for them), just sloppy work. Still don't have the mats. Have to wait on them to arrive from dealer. Back glass broken. (may or may not have been their fault). It's a mystery. Automatic Lift gate did not work. - refused to fix this. 1500.00 dollar repair that I have already made and paid for at Authorized Nissan Service Center. I was told I could find somebody (mechanic) to agree with them. I couldn't find anyone to agree with them about the fix. All told me to go to the Authorized Nissan Service Center who told me to pay for the repair they already charged me to diagnose. C&K wouldn't even pay for the diagnosis. I emailed the sales person and called. Sal, I told you I don't beat dead horses. I just call them dead and get off. This is where I get off. Shop for your vehicle somewhere else. read more

Best Car dealers I have worked with. They were courteous and bent over backwards to accommodate me. I liked that they were straight-froward and trustworthy. I was able to negotiate (I could've done a bit better) the price of a 2008 ES 350 LEXUS. The car was in Excellent condition (in and out). C&K is a great place to buy a really good used car...The ppl over there are definitely trustworthy ppl...But the Mechanic that works there Chris is definitely not to be trusted...Even if you buy a car there and is giving a warranty for however long NEVER bring your car back to be service by CHRIS!!. ..He lied to me about the oil change,which he never did,lied about the Tire Rods been original parts which I later found out they was after market that's why they never had L-for left and R- for right b/c they were aftermarket...And after he corrected the Tire Rods issues he never aligned my car up ...So I ended up paying for a oil changed $85,the alignment which was $65 and just the other day I had brake trouble after 3 mths he put brand new pads and rotors on the front which as of yesterday I had that taken care of too which was a very very simple issue and if he was a descent Mechanic he would've found the problem less than 2mins.....Chris came up with so many reasons..Oh it may be a pebble, oh your car is pulling ,oh it sound like a wheel barring issue,oh tire rods for your infiniti doesn't come aftermarket they only comes from the dealership, oh I change the oil and all the fluids was top off...Oh I can't fix your car today,oh I have to order the brakes....I mean that dumb fuck gave me every excuse known to man...So take my advice The ppl who works there are really nice ppl and the cars are really good cars but if you can't take care of the simple things or fixed them, sooner than later they becomes BIG things...Lucky is was something really simple dealing with the brake pads a piece called the shime that had my brakes sounding like my wheel and brakes was going to fall off.....But Thank God for good honest Mechanic name Paris from STS in Hackensack that went straight to the problem and took care of it for me....STAY AWAY FROM THE MECHANIC AT C&K AUTO IN TETERBORO, NEW JERSEY. read more
