Literally sold me a vehicle illegally since the seatbelt was severely damaged. No disclaimer on the window. The sales lady didn't even come for the test drive.... Just tossed us the keys and turned us loose. Will lie about stuff being done to the vehicle and try to rush you off the lot. Had the car all of a day a the check engine light came on. When we had the codes check it was displaying codes that do not pop up without other codes popping up first, which means they cleared the codes and was hoping things didn't play out like they did. But nonetheless it had major transmission failure. Since my trade had been paid off during the transaction I ended up loosing the a.v tax credit, which meant I had to pay the a.v tax when I found one elsewhere which caused me to pay THOUSANDS more than I should have. And to throw salt in the wound just a little more -- after all of this inconvenience they had the AUDUACITY to short me on my trade amount. When my husband called and was connected with the service department, he asked the receptionist for an appointment to come in the same day within two hours when we would be arriving in Valdosta. She ended up kindly giving us a time to come in and told us to ask for our service rep Antonio. When we pulled up there were a few cars in the check in queue as it was a busy day at the dealer. After about 15 minutes, Antonio got us checked in. Before an hour passed, Antonio came to us in the waiting area to inform us that the problem had been identified by the service tech as an object from the road having made a hole in the AC condenser... not good news, fortunately thanks to Antonio and team... this will be fix by Friday hopefully by mid day...And one observation, there are a lot of employees at this dealer in some areas seemingly hanging around not doing anything. Is there possibility some connection between this and the two star rating? My husband and I spent the first fifteen minutes looking closely at a brand new 2025 4Runner Limited, sitting in it, looking at the sticker and not one sales representative ever approached us even to say hello or how we were doing. Things that make you go hmmm. This a high 3.75 rating for customer service.

But They guys could not have been nicer, faster or more courteous & professional. They jumped right on it and refused to let me pay a cent.
