The brioche dough was not as tender as I would have liked, though expected since it was later in the day. The cream center was incredibly light and complemented the overall flavors. I appreciate the school instructing students on traditional items (croissants, biscotti) and trendier-to-me foods (maritozzi). In addition to coffee you could order other things like a scoop of ice cream with espresso, turkey panini for $5.99, boreks (which have spinach, feta and potato) There's also kid juice boxes and snacks like Doritos and Cheetos ($1.50 each) if you decide to come here for a mom and baby date. It's very peaceful and there's even wooden backgammon and chess :) the coffee was very flavorful, powerful, almost like a sweet drip coffee pour without the sour aftertaste like the ones at regular coffee shops.
