Very cute shop right downtown for coffee, pastries, ice cream and sandwiches. The staff is super friendly and informative, and the shop has lots of indoor seating options to enjoy your tasty treats. They have a gluten free donut and a gluten free bun for sandwiches, which was nice...except the bun is Udi's, so in my opinion, not worth it. I also noticed they have vegan cupcakes options too. Overall my friend enjoyed the BELT sandwich and his coffee, and my latte was fine, nothing special. The cupcakes are beautiful and there's a ton of variety, however I'm not sure the cake is that great, more that the frosting/toppings are unique. Overall, not sure I'd come back but it's a nice shop and option for the area.

Their cupcakes are really good and I like to try their unique flavors. I love that they have mini versions of all their cupcakes so you can get a whole variety. But they're more than just cupcakes! I didn't realize this at first. They have delicious coffee and food. I'm picky & like to customize my food and drinks and they were able to do that! I also love that they have cider year round. They also have the space where you can come to get work done if you like working at a coffee shop.

Visited during the ice festival, busy. Busy. Waiting in line in front of the display cases gave us ample time to salivate & plan. We exercised restraint & had chai tea + an apple fritter. The cream cheese frosting was a delicious addition!

Hot beverages are also available here.

After brunch nearby, I wandered around downtown Plymouth, glad to be outdoors in mild temperatures. I went in search of Bakehouse 46, having seen it on Yelp recently. The bakery-café had formed a partnership with Cupcake Station, taking over its locations and expanding its menu. Now, in addition to the colorful cupcakes, these new locations offer even more dessert choices, ice cream, cheesecakes, cookies, bars, cider doughnuts, caramel apples, to name a few, in addition to sandwiches, and coffees. Guests can also order breakfasts and deli sandwiches and a variety of coffees, including cold brew, latte, and cappuccinos. I wanted something different so I went with the apple pie cider doughnut and the banana pudding. The doughnut was amazing. I was surprised by its tenderness and of course, loved the cinnamon-sugar crunch. And I loved the apple pie topping with caramel drizzle and whipped cream. The creamy banana pudding, embedded with Nilla cookies was divine. It tasted like childhood. I chose to enjoy my treats at home but for those visitors intent on eating in, the space is eye-catching. I love the on-point paint color, cute flooring, attractive wainscoting/tiling, and perfect-for-people-watching seating at the window. Service was polite and efficient.

So excited that Bakehouse 46 opened up in Downtown Plymouth! Who isn't excited about year round cider mill donuts?! If you haven't been to a Bakehouse 46, you gotta check it out. Great place for breakfast, lunch or treats! My breakfast and lunch go to is the veggie Sammie with an egg, which comes on an everything bagel. Yum!! There is a wonderful selection of cider mill donuts, fancier donuts, cupcakes, ice cream, cheesecake, cookies, brownies, and pup cakes! The staff here is so friendly! The store is so clean and beautiful! It's so hard to find people that will come to work, so the fact that Plymouth gets a new place and nice people is a bonus! Can't wait to come back with my mom to hang for a bit and enjoy some donuts and coffee!

I loved this place when it was the Cupcake Station. Now, the space has been reimagined with the same delightful cupcakes and cookies, but they now have doughnuts, cheesecake, and sandwiches. On this visit, my husband and I tried a Cherry Chocolate Cheesecake doughnut and a Apple Pie doughnut. We noticed they looked just like the doughnuts that you would get at a cider mill, but topped with fancy cupcake like toppings. Both the cheesecake and the apple pie toppings were absolutely delicious. They tasted like they were freshly made. Of the two, I think I liked the Apple Pie doughnut slightly more, but I would get both again.

Delicious breakfast sandwich, you can tell it's made fresh and nothing is premade. The real MVP here though is the Chaider! It's AMAZING and I'll be back for more.

First time checking out Bakehouse 46 today when looking for a quick breakfast and was pleasantly surprised at how delicious their breakfast bagels are! I ordered the BH BELT with Asiago bagel and scallion cream cheese and my brother had the Bakehouse Beyond. They were both amazing! A tad messy but worth it! My brother loved the flavor of the beyond sausage patty and said it tasted just like sausage. I also grabbed a plain donut which was soft, moist, and had great flavor. My vanilla latte was a little on the bland side but I love a lot of flavor in my coffee but my brother enjoyed his vanilla cold brew with cold foam. I'm looking forward to coming back some time and trying out the desserts as they looked wonderful!

Ordered cupcakes for an event. They had regular, vegan, and gluten free options. The communication was great, and they were yummy.

They have that smell/taste! Not just one kind but each one of the ones I purchased. I hope this is just a fluke and also I heated the donut in the microwave because it was a bit hard, like it wasn't freshly made. I thought the donuts were made fresh every day. Also the nice lady with the dark hair had a runny nose. She wiped her nose a couple times and didn't wash her hands. I watched as she filled my order to make sure the drop on the end of her nose didn't drip into my donuts. I think when this happens the employee should wear a mask. She was coughing into her lower arm and I just wanted to walk out at one point. I am hopeful things will not be like today and may try it again but not sure. Super bummed.

The other treats, such as the cake and doughnuts, don't even taste GF, especially good for those starting their GF journey. Things that need to be improved: 1. $18 for a sandwich?! Either make it $15, or add a drink and/or side. Though the sandwich was the perfect GF meal on my long drive, the price vs value needs some consideration. I can easily go to Jimmy John's and get an Unwich for about half that price. 2. Freshness of product. Purchased a cherry cake slice, and part of me wishes I didn't. Definitely tasted old, like it should be sold at 50% off or not sold at all. Though I can tell from it their cakes are probably lovely, the lack of freshness was a turn off. 3. Doughnut choices: labeled matcha vanilla, though if you blindfolded me, I would say they tasted just like vanilla. Was it a good vanilla doughnut? Yes. But I bought it for the matcha, which was not visually present. Also shouldn't have to purchase 6 doughnuts! I am one person. 4. Ingredients. While I enjoyed the bread, I wish they chose avocado or olive oil, instead of canola. Looking forward to coming back and trying the pizza next door! And getting a fresh birthday treat!

Yes they are overpriced, yes the quality did go down tremendously however me and my family would spend at least $40 almost every weekend during summer time. It was just a 4 min walk. How could I resist. Walked in and you get the smell. It's great. The bakery case is not huge like in Ann Arbor it's about 1/4th of that. You can smell the fresh made coffees. And there are some places to sit toward the back. It's a long space. Not big. I honed in on the mango pastry and banana pastry. I have seen these on-line and was dying to try them. They basically look like the real fruit but it's pastry with mousse and the fruit on the inside. Other bakeries do this too I think it's like a fun trend. I got both and brought them home to Ohio. My partner and I cut them in half and tried them. They were both good. Each tasted like their respective fruit. I think the mango was slightly better. But I'd get both again. They are light. You'd might not think so but they are. You can eat one and it's not sickening sweet and heavy. The opposite light with a touch of the fruit sweet. Really good! Now I am curious how other bakeries do it too.
