I find this company and staff to be the most unfeeling and cold people in Plymouth. Way overrated and overpriced on everything. You can make it at home cheaper than what you get at this place. Try these cupcakes out they are delicious even though they are pricey! They were worth it! My favorite one was the "Blake's Carmel Apple". They were all soooo good! What a cute set up! We also tried the Salted Carmel Apple Cheesecake" which was out of this world delicious. They also make homemade donuts. Next time we will try out the donuts! They also carry Apple Cider too! It was such a cute little shop! The service was very fast and friendly. She was very helpful letting us know what the prices are. Right now, everything is half off! Be ware you will definitely be in a sugar coma after eating these yummy cupcakes. My other favorite cupcake is the Vanilla Latte, it has such great flavor and just the right amount of coffee in it too! When we got there it was packed with customers at almost every table. My daughter and I used to go to the cupcake place that was in this location when she was younger. Happy to see another establishment here that offers similar cupcakes. Although the staff is usually pretty friendly, we had such an odd experience this past weekend. We walked in and the person behind the counter walked over, but did not say a word. It was so awkward that I felt the need to announce that we just wanted to get some cupcakes. We were given the cupcakes and instead of sticking around, we took them home. I can go to a number of difference places for cupcakes, so this left us feeling weird and wanting to just leave ASAP. read more

Very cute shop right downtown for coffee, pastries, ice cream and sandwiches. The staff is super friendly and informative, and the shop has lots of indoor seating options to enjoy your tasty treats. They have a gluten free donut and a gluten free bun for sandwiches, which was nice...except the bun is Udi's, so in my opinion, not worth it. I also noticed they have vegan cupcakes options too. Overall my friend enjoyed the BELT sandwich and his coffee, and my latte was fine, nothing special. The cupcakes are beautiful and there's a ton of variety, however I'm not sure the cake is that great, more that the frosting/toppings are unique. After brunch nearby, I wandered around downtown Plymouth, glad to be outdoors in mild temperatures. I went in search of Bakehouse 46, having seen it on Yelp recently. The bakery-café had formed a partnership with Cupcake Station, taking over its locations and expanding its menu. Now, in addition to the colorful cupcakes, these new locations offer even more dessert choices, ice cream, cheesecakes, cookies, bars, cider doughnuts, caramel apples, to name a few, in addition to sandwiches, and coffees. Guests can also order breakfasts and deli sandwiches and a variety of coffees, including cold brew, latte, and cappuccinos. I wanted something different so I went with the apple pie cider doughnut and the banana pudding. The doughnut was amazing. I was surprised by its tenderness and of course, loved the cinnamon-sugar crunch. And I loved the apple pie topping with caramel drizzle and whipped cream. The creamy banana pudding, embedded with Nilla cookies was divine. It tasted like childhood. I chose to enjoy my treats at home but for those visitors intent on eating in, the space is eye-catching. Great place for breakfast, lunch or treats! My breakfast and lunch go to is the veggie Sammie with an egg, which comes on an everything bagel. Yum!! There is a wonderful selection of cider mill donuts, fancier donuts, cupcakes, ice cream, cheesecake, cookies, brownies, and pup cakes! The staff here is so friendly! The store is so clean and beautiful! It's so hard to find people that will come to work, so the fact that Plymouth gets a new place and nice people is a bonus! We noticed they looked just like the doughnuts that you would get at a cider mill, but topped with fancy cupcake like toppings. First time checking out Bakehouse 46 today when looking for a quick breakfast and was pleasantly surprised at how delicious their breakfast bagels are! I ordered the BH BELT with Asiago bagel and scallion cream cheese and my brother had the Bakehouse Beyond. They were both amazing! A tad messy but worth it! My brother loved the flavor of the beyond sausage patty and said it tasted just like sausage. I also grabbed a plain donut which was soft, moist, and had great flavor. My vanilla latte was a little on the bland side but I love a lot of flavor in my coffee but my brother enjoyed his vanilla cold brew with cold foam. Centrally located on main street, snug between the alpine chocolate Haus and Greek Islands Coney. Plenty of parking available behind in the parking structure. Or just park anywhere around town and enjoy the scenery as you walk through downtown. Having been cupcake station in their previous life... a wide array of cupcakes are offered again. The display case of mini cupcakes and regular cupcakes greet you as you walk in. Any flavor you can think of. Next case- by a wide variety of treats... enough to keep you coming back for more. Even saw a banana pudding cup on my way out today.... Will need to go back for that. Next to greet you- Cider donuts. Sugar or plain. Some of the best I've ever had. Picked some up over the weekend and my kids devoured them. Even my wife made a comment on how good they were. My understanding- these will be available year round? Hope so. They also provide some "premium" donuts... think cider donut. But add cream Cheese icing and... fruity pebbles, or caramel and chocolate. Delicious. Lastly. Behind the counter- the bagel and "sammies" menu. Served all day. Sammie's are served on a bagel of your choice. Went with the BELT today- Basically BLT with Egg, chive cream cheese and arugula. Great baked goods! I was craving doughnuts the other day so I made my way out to Plymouth. I just ended up getting the cinnamon, but they were great, just like you'd get at an apple orchard. I was a fan of the cupcake station and was bummed to see it closed for so long and the next thing I knew it was something different. I had heard Blake's was now associated with the space and decided to check it out for that reason alone. I was so happy to go inside and see all of the delicious cupcake flavors still available. It's kind of like the best of both worlds. One of my favorite things is the cheesecake on a stick! So incredibly good! And of course the cupcakes are delicious. My current favorite is the chocolate covered strawberry, it's delicious! We celebrated a birthday during the Friday night music in the park concert and I brought cupcakes and literally everyone raved about them. Can't wait to go in and sit down and try a sandwich! The layout and decor is really cute. However, when I walked in I was not greeted. The cashier just stood behind the glass and watched me for a minute before asking me what did I want. The price list was on the other end I couldn't make out the prices. I asked if they had any specials for buying a half or a dozen cupcakes and I was told no. I said okay and I ordered a Lucky Irish cream and a Pot Of Gold cupcakes. They were both very moist, but very sweet. When we got to the register, I noticed that they did have a special for a dozen minis. But you would only save like $1-2 total. While these cupcakes were good, they were pricey! When I try a cupcake place, I always try their yellow cake and buttercream frosting, and their chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. Very rarely does a place get both right. My goodness is this place delicious! They have the best cupcakes I have ever had so much so I will be getting our wedding cake from here. The cake is wonderfully moist and they don't skimp on the amazing frosting. It's the perfect place! My mom feels pretty much same about their breakfast sandwiches. I've also had their cheesecake before and it's really good. They could make work on their red velvet cake recipe. I was nervous when the Cupcake Stations started turning into Bakehouse 46's, but it has turned out great. I LOVE (1) that I can still get the same great cupcakes that I have been getting since the original location opened in Birmingham at least 15 years ago (2) that I can get the most amazing cider slushes year round and (3) that the store looks so nice and cozy. Have been in twice since the merger. The remodel inside the store is very nice. Bright, clean, and additional seating. Donuts are cider mill style. Very good. Plain and sugar coated.
