NOW we have no owners and a manager that doesn't live onsite. You have to leave message after message, they NEVER call back and the office doors are always locked "during business hours". The yards are full of trash and junk cars, dogs run loose, and crap everywhere. Kids trash the courtyard and the mailbox rooms. I cannot wait to move! And I do not recommend living here if you expect a clean neighborhood and quiet neighbors.

The front apartments next to the office looks like a piece of dump and the people that live there seem shady too, but when you drive around into the back (white apartments) they are nice with grad students, elderly, and young small families that live there. PROS: spacious rooms some have fireplaces washer and dryer in units high ceilings close to the highway Cons: trailer park next door away from campus the girl at the front desk always seem like "wth do i need now?" i would say i miss living at this place. cannot find any place like it...

I would never recommend for anyone to live here because they treat their residents like complete shit. After finding a bullet lodged into my house they would not return my phone calls and hung up the phone any time I would mention it. complete joke of a business. don't try and call corporate either because they'll just direct you to their own voicemail and pretty much tell you to get fucked.
