This was my first time visiting a dealership, so I waited to write this review until I had something else to compare it to, and I'm glad I did because this place sets a really low bar. On July 30th, my husband and I went to look at and possibly purchase a used Mazda CX5. From the moment we walked in, the dealership gave off a weird vibe. We were the only ones in the showroom so all the employees were just standing around doing nothing. Neville (or Nabeel?) approached us and immediately asked, "Are you paying cash or financing?" to which we replied that we weren't sure yet. From there, he seemed pretty uninterested in us, and we could tell he was bored. Every time we asked a question or tried to move forward, he'd walk away and leave us hanging for long stretches of time sometimes 10 minutes or more. It was so slow moving and made the whole process frustrating. When we finally got to the test drive, things didn't improve. Neville had me sit in the back while my husband sat up front. The test drive was the shortest route possible, and Neville didn't share any details about the car. I had to ask for basic information, and he didn't even know the answers. He honestly seemed like he couldn't care less about us or our interest in buying a car. After hours of being there, we finally got to discussing pricing. This is where things got pretty ridiculous. Neville started off by saying, "The reason I keep asking if you're paying cash or financing is because there's over a thousand dollars added if you pay cash." Apparently, they charge an extra fee for paying cash because the dealership "loses money that way." He then proceeded to give us a print out with all the different fees that took the price of the car from the advertised price to over $5000 higher. The total price he gave us included the about $1500 fee for paying cash, over $2000 for the "certified Mazda label" (which is advertised as already included in the car's price), a $999 "doc fee" (which he said was for things like "keeping the lights on and buying coffee"), and an additional registration fee. All these added fees were completely unreasonable. Then came the real kicker, our trade-in. According to Kelly Blue Book, our car was valued at about ten times more than what Neville offered us. He valued our 2014 car with no issues at a shockingly low $390. That's literally one-tenth of the KBB value for a car in good condition. It felt like a bad joke. By the end of the day, the total price for the car was about $5,000 more than what was listed online and that was including our trade-in. It was beyond absurd. Having now been to another dealership I know that this is not normal at all and can be completely avoided. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect for customers was overwhelming. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Other than that I asked him. Why are you calling me? He said everything but.... That conversation ended. A young lady called me. I forget her name. Please pardon me the fact that I forgot her name, but she called me as well. Complaining about this that that I should not write bad reviews and just add nothing and I said to her again are you fixing the problem that more than likely you caused because we didn't cause it there's obviously a defect or a problem that is normally covered by the dealership and you won't cover it if you're not going to cover it why are you calling me then that was the end of the conversation because they kept going around and around and around and then she started to give me the guilt trip on people's lives are affected by reviews and what have you that's not my problem if you'd make right by the customers that buy vehicle vehicles to support you problem again I can see if I did it. I wouldn't care but I didn't and here's a fun fact I'm paying for it out of my pocket. I'm gonna get it fixed elsewhere, which is fine, but just letting you guys know when you go in there, if you get your car serviced, make sure you scrutinize everything. And I mean everything.!!!

Had to have the vehicle towed there last night They waited until 3 PM to tell me that they didn't have any of those tires in stock. He said I would have to wait a week for that tire to be in stock so I can either leave my car there for a week, which I can't do obviously, or pay over $200 for the tire that they do have in stock. I'll never go there again. There's nothing I hate more than a bait and switch and dishonest businesses practices. I'm never going back there and recommend folks avoid them Take your business to Mavis. They've always been honest with me.

They supposedly did a diagnostics on my car and said it was my battery and the terminals needed to be replaced. I pick up my car and one day later the car doesn't turn over. I have it towed by AAA again to my mechanic to find out that they never tightened the terminals and they did not check the line to the alternator because it was faulty. I called the car care center to speak to the manager and he raised his voice with me and accused me of not doing things right. I will never go back to this AAA car care center again. I have lost respect and trust in the service people and the other employees. I trusted that I would be cared for because it was AAA but not anymore. Not happy with the management there either. Poor customer service.

No biggie though, she's not working on your car. Moving on... They are friendly and no wait with an appointment. They have a small cable TV in the waiting room and cold water. The A/C is running on this hot day. I saw their coupon here on Yelp for a Preferred Oil Change for $29.95. Remember, that is for up to 5 quarts. My 2013 Mustang GT takes 8, so the cost was higher. I'm okay with that, but some folks might not be. My only other gripe, and it's only a small one, is that the manager said the price for the oil change is already discounted at $29.95, but their price screen in the lobby says $29.95 for Preferred. I asked if they could apply a military discount (yes, I served) and she said no. It seems a little misleading to have a "coupon" for the full price of an oil change and then not offer to apply a discount that you took the time to place on your coupons/ discounts page on Yelp, especially towards the extra 3 quarts of oil. That's just me being picky though. I was still spared the labor of doing it myself on a 90 degree day, so I'll take it this time.

I do not recommend using this garage as a service provider. Their time management is poor; I…read moredropped my vehicle off one afternoon with an appointment and I was not given a diagnosis until nearly noon the next day. I was told that the vehicle would be ready for pickup the following morning. The vehicle was not put back together until noon and once it was back together the problem was still happening, they tacked on additional parts and service. In total they had my vehicle for 3 full days. Their diagnosis was incorrect. I was quoted for an alternator and a battery to fix the issue, once the car was back together the issue persisted. I was then told I needed a new ignition coil, that was installed and I was told the vehicle was ready for pick up. Upon pick up the problem was still there. In total I was charged a tab of a few thousand dollars for the problem to persist. I took it upon myself to research into the issue, because these days no one has time or capital to waste on needless repairs. After several weeks and at least 2 opinions I was informed that the issue was unrelated to the alternator and battery and that it concerned the engine systems instead. I took the car back to this location to have them check it once more and this time their computers read the codes that they did not state in the original diagnostic, the same codes I had checked for on my own. I was then told it would cost another $500 to fix the issue. I declined, based off the experience so far because no results had been reached and I was still adding to the original bill. I also asked if I would still be responsible for the cost of the parts and labor that did not solve the problem and I was told " Well they would have become a problem eventually." Finally they gave a service that I was unaware of and that could have potentially damaged the vehicle further. I was not aware that an oil change was made on the car as it did not show anywhere on the receipt. While troubleshooting the problem on my own I found the oil had a burning smell to it and there was sludge build up in one of the plugs. I had to do an emergency flush of the motor and another oil change which again added to the bill and I have no way of knowing what was done in that regard because I have no record. Overall this has been a less than savory experience and I would not recommend this garage as a service provider.
