First purchased my car In June , few issues with the car and was assured they would be fixed.. My car has been brought back to Car Point numerous amounts of times and each time the car has had the same reoccurring problems after an hour of picking up my vehicle. Carlos Cerquiera our sales man advised me my car was brought to One Stop BMW and the problem has been resolved only to find out thankfully to technology and having a camera installed my car was never brought there nor worked on but used for another guy working at Car Point to run personal errands .. All ON CAMERA ! Carlos quickly tried to change his words after confirming with BMW my car was never there to "a guy with a BMW jacket came in and handed my keys to him". When confronted in person he then changed it to he was told all this. How many stories one man can say and each time be so contradictory .. I now had to make a police report regarding the illegal use of my car, contacted a lawyer regarding the illegal use of my car and false repairs represented by the dealership giving all videos and text messages from Carlos. I advise all customers, yes they seem to represent themselves in a respectful manner and seem like they are making necessary adjustments to make you feel like a top customer BUT it is LIES ! Be wise always ask them for a diagnostic report of what was wrong in the first place and what has been repaired.. They will not give you one if you do not ask.. The real questions is HOW MANY CUSTOMERS DO THEY GET AWAY WITH SOMETHING LIKE THIS ! I'll await my response, I've noticed your company has used Covid as the excuse of all other customer complaints.. CANT USE COVID FOR THIS ONE ! If I am to get that same response I will then upload screenshots of conversations representing everything I've said is True statements.

I took it back and they replaced one of the rails for free because that is what the guy said and I held them to their word. I got it back after the holidays and behold it is leaking worse. On top of that, a flashing D on the panel came on which indicated an electrical problem with the transmission. I emailed them today requesting my deposit back with no response back. I thought maybe they were busy. I called once and called a second time an hour later with no answer. I went there and they were sitting around not doing anything. That indicated to me that they were screening my calls as i listed both of my phone numbers in the email. I get nothing but problems as soon as I mentioned the email and the guy there was getting nasty saying the fact of the matter is I purchased a used car as is and i purchased a warranty so there would be a $100 deductible and stating they really don't have a shop so they treated the leak as a courtesy. They have 5 cars in the shop plus one outside waiting to be serviced. So yes, they have a shop. I hate the fact that they took advantage of me and when i wanted my money back it was nasty attitudes all around. Plus when they told me to bring the truck around back, the nasty guy plus 2 others came out. I have to assume after this that if i even said anything remotely close to wanted my money back it was going to be a problem and i have 2 kids i need to think about. 1 month after getting the car i have 3 problems that include the transmission. If I cannot trust them to do the right thing, i am definitely not going to trust them with a vehicle i have to drive to Staten Island, NY. My advice, never go to these shysters and scammers. They will rake you over the coals and call it a day as long as they line their pockets with money.

Friends have used him to find and purchase leases, we have used him. (For about 3 leases each.) It was always pleasant in the past but this time around something happened. My husband set up a bmw build with Arthur, spent the time making sure it was what he was getting, gave him a 5,000.00 deposit, waited the 9 months it took to get the car in, and when the car finally came in, all the drama began. First Arthur tells him the payment is going to be more then they spoke of. About 3-400 MORE a month. That was just insane and not feasible for us. When my husband finally had to cancel this lease because he could no longer afford this payment, Arthur said he would get his deposit back to him, or try and sell the car and then he would help them both to make some money back on it. Well, we waited, and waited and weeks went by nothing. Finally my husband said let's just settle this and give me back my 5k & move on. And what do you know, Arthur gives him the run around. And then ghosts him. And now has disappeared with his money. It has been about 6 months. We haven't seen our deposit back, the business is apparently closed. And we are just shocked that this man could do such a thing. Lawyers are now involved and this is just a very sad predicament. How can someone sleep at night stealing like this. Do not work with Arthur. It's sad to say that this man has went down hill and he has stolen from us, and many others we found out as well.

Payless Car Sales - Blue Mazda CX-5

    Payless Car Sales

Payless auto sales aka Trophy Auto Lounge : This dealership's pricing practices are extremely…read moremisleading and designed to lure customers into predatory financing. The vehicle I looked at was advertised online for $11,298, but once I arrived things changed quickly. The out-the-door price for a cash purchase jumped to over $18,500. The reason? The advertised price only applies if you agree to finance through the dealership under their terms. If you want to pay cash, they start piling on non-sense add-ons and fees such as transport charges, warranty packages, and even something called a "finance coupon recovery" fee. These are essentially penalties for not financing the vehicle through them. When I declined all the unnecessary extras and said I was only willing to pay the vehicle price plus legitimate costs like sales tax, title, registration, and their already outrageous $995 doc fee, the total came to about $13,480. Instead of working with this honest price structure (which they argue is their website disclaimer), they came back and said they would "meet me in the middle" at $15,000. That tells you everything you need to know. The advertised price is not a real selling price -- it's simply bait to get customers into the dealership so they can pressure them into high-profit financing agreements where they likely make money from lender kickbacks and inflated interest rates or when paying cash attempt to pad their pockets additional profit charges. Make sure you read the fine print on their website carefully before wasting your time. This dealership advertises artificially low prices that are simply a get you in the door advertisement and have no intention of selling any vehicle at the price unless they can rob you somewhere else during the purchase. Transparency and honesty matter when buying a car, and unfortunately, I did not find either here. Finance Coupon was the funniest additional charge I have come across in a while. This dealership appears to be engaging in the exact type of deceptive pricing practices the FTC recently warned 97 auto dealership groups about. The advertised vehicle prices seem to apply only if customers agree to use the dealership's financing, while cash buyers are suddenly hit with inflated pricing, unnecessary add-ons, transport fees, warranty charges, or other questionable costs. The FTC has made it clear that advertised vehicle prices must reflect the true "all-in" price available to all consumers, excluding only government taxes and title fees -- not conditional financing incentives designed to push buyers into high-interest loans. Advertising artificially low prices to lure customers in, only to change the terms based on financing, is misleading and undermines consumer trust. Unfortunately, they specifically want uneducated consumers to purchase from them. The sales staff was nice but are unfortunately the face of the ownerships deceitful practices. It took a lot of restraint on my part not to interfere with the customers next to me who were getting robbed and had no idea.

I came to this dealership to check out a 2018 Mazda CX-5 in blue after booking an appointment. I…read morearrived and was greeted about 10 minutes later by the salesperson, Dylan Cabral. He seemed polite, which I took as a good sign--turns out, I was wrong. The vehicle was listed at $10,633. During the test drive, the car started smoking. The salesperson claimed it was because the head gasket had been replaced and there was leftover oil residue, which honestly made me laugh. A good mechanic would've cleaned up properly after finishing that kind of work. Then we sat down to go over the numbers. Somehow, the $10,633 car turned into over $17,000. One of the biggest fees? A "destination/delivery fee." When I asked why, I was told it was because "the car had to be delivered to the dealership." So, I'm paying a hefty fee for... gas? This is a hefty fee that typically only applies to new cars--maybe I missed something and this was secretly a new car? Because the amount of scratches and interior wear said otherwise. On top of that, they added a "package" costing over $6,000 on a car barely worth ten. Let's go over this scam of a package: 30-Day Buyback: A week or two should already be standard, especially when the car starts smoking on the test drive. Powertrain Warranty: Reasonable, but considering the dishonesty I'd already seen, I wouldn't trust their mechanic to touch anything. Nitro Tires + Warranty: Completely unnecessary. 1 Year of Free Oil Changes: My own mechanic offers that for $29 with premium oil. Door Edge Guards + VIN Etching: You can buy these online for cheap. Ceramic Coating: Laughable, given how rough the car looked. $99/hr Maintenance & Labor: Not a deal--most shops already charge that, and I get free diagnostics locally. Even after all this nonsense, the best they could "do" was $12,000--and that still didn't include taxes or documentation fees. For a car that smoked, had visible damage, and no inspection? Unreal. Instead of doing the right thing, they tried to sell me the car anyway, lied about fees, and played games with my credit card as a pressure tactic. Nice try, Dylan Cabral, but those tactics don't work on me. You saw I had a baby with me and that I was on a budget, and still tried to take advantage. That's just low. If you had been honest from the start, skipped the bogus fees, and taken accountability for the car's condition, maybe I would've made a purchase. But instead, you wasted my time and insulted my intelligence. The way this dealership operates is dishonest, manipulative, and completely unprofessional. Edit: Also, we had to freaking see the car smoking to know you guys had repaired the head gasket? That's a serious repair, not something you shouldn't mention when trying to sell an overpriced piece of junk. That's instantly $1,500 off due to perceived risk. My advice, don't do business with these people, you'll regret it.
