Even more concerning, when my child had issues with other kids being abusive . staff did nothing to address it. There were also serious concerns about staff behavior and overall supervision that made me question whether this is an appropriate or safe environment for children at all. I would not recommend this place to any parent. They need major changes in staffing, accountability, and basic professionalism.

My older son would come home angry and sad. He was regularly put in timeouts and had his playtime taken away for what they called "bad behavior." They even claimed he had choked another child at just three years old, which was shocking and completely out of character. He would cry and beg not to go. That's when we knew we had to make a change. From the moment we toured KinderCare, we felt a difference. The staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. They also accept 4Cs, which was a huge help. From day one, my son came home smiling. He has been happy to go every single day since. His teacher, Emily, has been especially wonderful. She's patient, kind, and really understands my strong-willed child. She works with him thoughtfully and helps him thrive in a way that feels supportive rather than punitive. She's been instrumental in helping him adjust and grow. KinderCare also recently welcomed my one-year-old, and again, the experience has been amazing. I could tell from the very first day that he had a great time with the staff and the other children. It gave me so much peace of mind to know that both my kids are happy, safe, and truly cared for. KinderCare doesn't just supervise children--they see them, understand them, and support them as individuals. I can't recommend them highly enough!

When I began the search for daycare/preschool for my daughter, Children's Learning Center was one of the first places I toured. They kept it safe and clean, there were plenty of books and tactile toys, the kids had plenty of outdoor play space and the staff was so friendly. One thing that set them apart is their payment schedule. My daughter's dad works retail management and his schedule was only a week or two in advance and could change at any moment. I could not justify spending all that money on a "set schedule" with a fixed bill like every other preschool or daycare and her not attending a few days a week or for a whole week or more sometimes. I'd rather spend that money on doing fun stuff with my daughter. That was nine years ago and my daughter still goes there and is missed when she's gone. The owner and staff of the Children's Learning Center are like extended family to us now and have been so kind and helpful to us, especially in difficult times. There were occasionally issues with the bus system and the stop that is at the Children's Learning Center. More than once, with my permission, they took my daughter to school, with proper car seats, when the bus didn't stop there like it was suppose to. If my daughter didn't show on the bus in the afternoon, they called to make sure she was with me or her dad. In fact, one of the teachers was able to make a deal with my daughter that effectively stopped her pacifier use. I had tried almost everything, but that deal worked and I was so thankful! I've seen the love they have for helping little people grow and learn. There is no way I could do what they do with half the kindness that they have. Every time someone asks about a daycare reference, I always tell them about the Children's Learning Center :)

Little Wildflowers exceeded our expectations. And their awareness of how parents feel entrusting their children to someone else was beyond what I had expected. Our son was in a phase of 'stranger danger' when we first met Ms. Maria, but he felt immediately comfortable with her, which was a sign for us. Initially, we wanted to start with just a few days a week and gradually increase, but thanks to the integration period at LWF, within a few weeks he was happily attending full days and loving it. Both Evelyn and Maria work incredibly hard and are true professionals. There have been weekends when my son wanted to go to LWF. Statements directly from my little one: Me: How was your day at school? LO: It was great, just great! Me: Do you like going to school? LO: Yes, I do! Me: What do you like about it? LO: I like my teachers and friends. He always comes home happy, and we are so thankful for LWF. Tiny Talkers, the Swain Center, and all their therapists have been such a blessing for our two…read morechildren. Our eldest was diagnosed with Apraxia of Speech at two and a half, after speech delays and severe lack of care from our primary care doctor. When she started Tiny Talkers at two and a half years old, she had no words that were consistent and intelligible by strangers. Tiny Talkers, and others at the Swain Center worked closely with her, and got results within a few months. They gave her an individualized learning plan that was tailored to her strengths and needs, and equally importantly, gave us as parents the tools and training to be effective therapists at home. Through lot's of hard work, our eldest is now at effectively age appropriate speech development, under a year later. They were able to accomplish this under the spectre of the pandemic no-less, with thoughtful, appropriate and responsible use of both teletherapy and modified in-person therapy sessions. It's hard to express how appreciative I am of their services; as we approach the Christmas season, it's remarkable to think that last Christmas our daughter wasn't talking, and this year she is so abuzz about Christmas and Santa and all the presents she's hoping for. It is the best Christmas present a parent could hope for.
