It was a lot easier to put extra furniture and boxes of kitchen supplies from the moving truck to the storage than up and down stairs to the attic or basement, and the furniture was unscathed in a few rains that would have ruined it in a flooded basement. We've been able to just "grab the other one" when something in the kitchen wears out too. The price is competitive and fair and when the price has gone up, a few times in the last 10 years, I'm notified ahead of time. Mark and everyone I've spoken with there, whether it was with questions about my unit or to pay my monthly rent, have been friendly and knowledgeable. I've always felt my belongings were safe and that I was safe when I visited my unit.

He's a totally different man and he is efficient and kurt but not rude. They do it quietly and they do it perfectly and I'm now on my third or fourth dumpster and they're totally flexible to work with you within reason of course and their price right nobody else's priced like they are so there must've been a pricing change as well or somebody's got to spend some money on buying themselves some perspective because I shopped around and I verify and validate that this is the best priced dumpster certainly for residential. It was easy, access was very simple and it was temperature controlled. So no hot and humid conditions, or working in the rain. They even have a drive in/out garage to get completely out of the weather. The young ladies behind the were extremely helpful, answered questions, assisted and made sure our needs had been met. The place is very clean, you could almost eat off the floor. Renting a trailer was just as easy. I swear, when I picked up the 5x8 trailer, upgraded from. 4x8 at not charge, the slightest of the young ladies, came out and hooked it up for me... just to show how easy it was to do.
