Some backstory…read more... When we first got the unit with Sherlock ut was great.. staff was friendly, processed payments appropriately and fast, really no issues in the beginning. Shortly after, say maybe 2 years after getting the unit everything changed. New owners took over and this is when the issues started. From having to make multiple phone calls to make a payment to not having a friendly person who deals with the payments etc.... This quickly became a very frustrating thing to deal with on a monthly baisis and it came to a point. 12/1/23 The last day of dealing with the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Even when we were going to turn in out gate key card there was an issue. We called earlier in the day to make sure Sherlock would be open after work and they were open until 5pm. I pulled up to the office at 4:15 and wbay do i see? The lazy office person who was om the way out. I noticed that the office lights were off and he had his belongings with him. Thankfully we caught him before he left and turned our key in and washed our ha.ds of the absolute WORST company in my life ive had to deal with. Please, save your money, sanity, and frustration and do not give this place your money.

Apparently you can stay there and camp out over night. I been watching as I live right behind the…read moreplace. Th3ere are presently 2 guys staying there in their campers, annoying because they run their generators all night long and keep me awake. I called and asked whoever it was that answered they said they would check it out.But I do not think they did, if that generator keeps me awake tonight I'll call the Police and se if they care!

The facilities are always clean and I have had NO issues with payments or problems with my storage unit. Jennifer and Stephanie have been very helpful, attentive and always welcoming each time I have visited the Mall of Monroe Location ... It's nice to know that they actually take pride in their job and do walk throughs checking the Units. Great prices and helpful staff make it easy for Me to recommend this Company and Location to anyone with storage needs.

Was touring around for a storage unit that I will need next month the women at this facility were…read moreso helpful! The property was very nice and clean It is even climate controlled. There prices are low and they have good discounts. I will be going back to this storage unit when I'm ready to make my move.
