She listened to my needs, sifted through inventory, patiently showed me 12-15 properties-always with a smile and personal curiosity. She was always prepared, had print-outs for every house we toured (it was during Covid so flyers weren't being printed) and if she didn't know the answer to a question, she got the answer in mere minutes.
