My massage therapist was Kimmy, she is a smaller set woman but, don't let that fool you...She is so strong! (and she told me that the pressure she gave with my massage was medium-hard). She concentrated on my lower back as I had mentioned to her that I had lower back pain in the past and it had only eased up a little when I got a new pillow. She also worked on my other muscles just as hard, which was great! I love that this clinic offers a discount to members who sign up for their prepay plan option. I did not feel pressured into signing up for this plan at all. Alison gave me all the details of the plan and assured me that there is no term, no contract and no fees for cancellation. She gave me a brochure with all the details and pricing to take home so i could take my time to make a decision on whether i want to sign up or not. That put me at ease as it didn't make me feel like I was being roped into something that'll end up costing me an arm and a leg in the long run. I will definitely look into taking advantage of this option!

My mind kept reeling with how awful I must look half-naked to someone else. The massage therefore was not relaxing and there was no rapport established. It was my first visit. They've always been courteous and professional. The place is clean and they maintain it while they have clients going through. My only hiccup is that since they don't wear name tags, I don't know who is who. And I've asked for names ,but have been told that that person doesn't work there (either they no longer do or possibly I'm getting the name wrong), and I have noticed they often do have new faces in there. It makes it hard to know who is reliable and who isn't vibing with me and my needs.

As I told Samantha and my mother that day, I had never really felt beautiful in my life but after Samantha did my hair and I first looked at myself I really truly felt beautiful. It was how I always had hoped to look on my wedding day and please pass on my sincere thank you to her again. Samantha not only made me beautiful but she made my girls and Mom feel gorgeous.
