What was supposed to be a conservative trim turned into a devastating, aggressive cut that saw literally half my hair gone. I called the day before to get an appointment and was accommodated right away. The salon is clean and open. They do waxing in a separate room so you are not in public view of everyone. Lori was great, and helped me with picking a great color and gave me an awesome cut! Brought life back to my hair. While the color was processing, I was offered coffee or bottled water, which I thought was the PERFECT touch. No longer a warm, separate establishment, but in a Miscellaneous Building with other salons under one roof - no water pressure, no more amenities, I.e. coffee, small snacks, privacy, and a warm feeling. Definitely downgraded but I just paid over $200 for partial highlights and hairstyle - bringing my own hair products as well. Although she was slammed with three of us needing major overhauls she conducted herself amazingly. I had the opportunity to watch the owner Perry and he is just as talented. Although the site here says not wheelchair accessible I watched Perry help a wheelchaired client in from the curb and treat her with such kindness, his tenderness was endearing. He wasn't complete until he deliverd her back to the curb and her awaiting ride. I also had the good fortune to have him rinse and condition my hair and it was great the skill and professionalism he showed. I would highly recommend this establishment for all hair service needs.
