I picked a nail polish color off the display located on the wall. My daughter choose her gel nel color from an array of colors located in a basket. We waited about five minutes before we were called for our pedicures. We were sat in a massage chair and was set up quickly. The place has soft mellow music playing in the background. All tools/utensils used were new and opened in front of me. All foot scrubs were new and were disposed of after use.
