They also do Alive after 5 in Hamilton and other events that are right in the center of the store. Sara is super sweet. Her products are a lot of home decor, gifts for women, clothes, scarves, jewelry etc. always something new when I go! My favorite part are the lamps. If you are ever in the market for a neat lamp, her husband makes them and they are amazing. All kinds of unique pieces turned into lamps. This is my go-to spot if I need a gift for my mom, sister etc or just something for myself :) She also does events with local Hamilton businesses. I went to a chocolate and wine sampling there and am doing a flower class there in a few days. Keep it up Sara!

A minute later the man shouts at me again from across the store, this time I see him and he chastises me first by saying when I first said hello i was trying to tell you the price like I'm some kind of child of his needing to teach me how to be polite. Sorry, you can greet customers all you want, but that doesn't mean they have to greet you back and then when you mention it when all they want to do is shop in peace, it just creates an adversarial situation. So, no, I won't be back. Also, the two workers were loudly talking about how overworked and underpaid they were. They didn't even care if they were overheard! Very unprofessional and gospel music and talking about god on the radio, no thanks.

Employees/managers are rude and treat you like a second class citizen when you're trying to sell clothes. Furthermore, the money they offer for the clothes is an insult...$4 for a Coach wallet in excellent condition! Then they go and sell it for $35... Don't let these people fool you. You're better off donating your items. The clothes they sell are a hit and miss; several of the items I've tried to sell they have rejected because they are "outdated", yet their hangers are full of "outdated" items. Don't waste your time or money here. Staff needs to learn some manners!

Before checking out me and my friend were checking out the lip gloss and we were very rudely told that we were not allowed to be testing products. This of course is very understandable but It would make more sense if there was some signage or testers available. In most stores this is a normal thing to do. The owner scolded us as if we were children saying that it's "common sense". Afterwards she came back and guilt tripped us saying this is how she takes care of her family and our actions were "unacceptable". We are people just like her and we made a small mistake, no reason to act this way. I did NOT buy the stuffed tomato because I do not believe this business deserved the money. I believe that a right minded individual wouldve just approached the customers and informed them "please do not test the products." But this lady was extremely disrespectful.

Depending on what you get, it could be really cheap or just really expensive. But when the sales come, oh boy they are good deals like today 6/24 flip flops for only $1!!! I got a lot for my friends and family. Only one pair for me aha I just love the white pair. My favorite color to be honest! They had solid colored shorts for $8, patterned shorts for $15, but I was really only eyeing on this $3 white halter shirt. Also, I got some really stylish orange brown pants to go with it. Overall, I enjoy the awesome sales!!! Customer service was okay. I felt that one particular employee was giving me a nasty attitude while asking for some assistance.

Not sure why my shopping habits are like this for this store..but they are. They often run really good sales and their clearance area has some really good deals too. Their regular priced merchandise can be a bit pricey for what you get. Overall the clothing here is pretty well put together and durable. I still wear sweaters I bought from Old Navy, no joke, 15 to 20 years ago. The stuff lasts for the most part..tho they're really kind of "in the moment" fashion-wise so a lot of their older stuff become outdated pretty quickly. This location has always been alright. They have kept it pretty clean and organized overall. The staff is usually nice and helpful..not always but usually. This past weekend was their annual $1 flip-flop sale and the place was kinda crazy. Things were still kept pretty organized overall tho, and the staff did a good job of keeping the line at the registers moving. I'd say if you're into Old Navy..this location is a decent enough one to patronize.
