Called because I had too much to drink at 6 pm. Told me they don't pick up drunks. I thought that was the point of calling a cab.

I called an hour before I had to be at an appointment and requested the cab the cab come with enough time to get me to my appointment, I told the lady to call me back because I wanted to make sure I was outside for the taxi. I called the company back at the time of my appt Because still no can had come and no call. When I called back they said the cab had come and now it would take another hour to come get me. I spoke to the lady and kept reiterating that I had called earlier to set this up she was no help when I spoke to the Dispatcher he was extremely rude and refused to hear me speak, he continued to talk over me. I pity anyone who is without a car in Middletown and am happy I only had to experience their crappy customer service once. They are lucky to receive one star. read more

This is by far the WORST cab company EVER!!! I called for a cab at 11:20 am. I was told that the cab would be here in 20 mins. After the 20 mins I called back only to be told that the cab would be here in another 10 mins. After waiting an additional 10 mins (now a half hour) They I call them only to be told that it would be an additional 5 mins. Those five additional minutes turned into another 20. It's now 12:08 pm... I am NOW LATE for work ( I was supposed to be there at 12:15) I called other cab companies and there was a 20 minute wait. But this is after I already wasted 30 minutes waiting on Syndicate. THEY ARE THE WORST!!! read more

This is one of worst taxi services in Middletown, NY. They're not concerned with picking you up on time or you getting to your appointment on time. Their only concern is picking up other passengers along the way so they can maximize their profits while you sit looking at your watch because they've made you late. Drivers think nothing of leaning on their horn in front of an apartment building. I have seen and heard them do this as early as 5:20 AM. They have no respect for people whatsoever. read more

My son has an appointment for this afternoon. I called Syndicate Taxi forty five minutes in advance and they told me to that the taxi would be there in about fifteen to twenty five minutes. I stood out side in front of my house waiting for about thirty minutes and no one shows up. I called them again and the dispatcher was very rude and unprofessional. The taxi didn't show up and my son missed his appointment, SMS. This was not the first time I had an incident with them. The drivers is very rude too. One star is a lot only because one of the lady that works there is very pleasant and reliable. She deserve to be some where else and away from these pigs. They quoted us 15 minutes. 20 minutes later our follow up call was "five minutes away" then 20 minutes later we called and they were "too busy" tonight to get us. Terrible business model. Should have been honest and up front. Not sure why they couldn't foresee a logistical problem with getting us. read more

Syndicated is just like Robins Taxi in Middletown New York. For some reason there operators sound the same.They are nasty and Mean.And the drivers are slowwwww!!! They have two operators a man and a woman that both need people skills that don't know how to speak to people.And when you call them back when the cab is taking to long they laugh at you on the phone. The reason why they laugh they know that thre cab service is slow and you are going to be angry about it. But I don't find it funny one bit when I have to be at a certain place at a certain time and I don't get there on time I am angry.And sometimes the cab won't come till an hour or an hour and a half later and the expect you to have a smile one you face they need to get a whole new staff especially those opetators.This customer is livid and angry. read more

DON'T USE SYNDICATED TAXI! DO NOT rely upon this taxi service! I called three times in 45 minutes and they kept promising - and lying - about when the car would be at my door to pick me up for a local errand. The female dispatcher went from indifferent to rude. Finally a half-hour after he was supposed to be here, AN HOUR AFTER MY FIRST CALL and long after I had missed my appointment, their driver calls me up, and with an almost indecipherable accent asked if I had called a cab. He thought he was in front of my house but he was at the WRONG house. I told him never mind. I then called dispatch to cancel the call and she (miss personality) just hung up on me. SYNDICATE TAXI IS UNCOUTH, UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. There are other taxi services in the area, and they are all much better. read more

The drivers are not only discourteous but they also fail to observe traffic laws. Just today one of their cabs, license 79003LA, made a left turn from the right lane cutting off people who were properly making the turn. I guess they are 'better' than everyone else who has to wait their turn. If they weren't the 'only game in town' I'm sure they would be out of business. When I called to report this I was told 'the boss' would get back to me. I'm glad that I'm not sitting on a hot stove waiting for the return call. read more

i've used this taxi company twice (both times because i needed to get somewhere quickly, and my first choice of companies was busy elsewhere) they were terrible. there is literally no customer service, and they are much more concerned w/ picking up as many people as possible instead of getting you to your destination quickly. i've never even used Yelp! before, but after my experience with this taxi company i felt the need to write a review. read more

Ok let me start off by saying that it cost $20 dollars to get to where I needed to go. When I got there I had left my swimtrunks and towel in the car. it left and I called immedietely to get my belongings. They asked for my number and said they would call me back. I called a hour later and asked, the women then asked through her radio if someone has my belongings. She told me to get it I would have to pay the fair. I told her I called her right when it left and now I have to play the fair? I explained to her that it was utter bullshit and she said she was not going to argue with me and hung up the phone.
