The trick is you pay a little higher than lowest rate but in our case we still dropped to a much lower rate than what we had. We went from like over 8% interest to, I think it was 6 something % and then to 4.9%. No cost, no long documents to read and sign. This last time we refi'd to a 15 year and dropped down to 4.5. Doug was always professional and works fast. He's honest and will s you don't qualify he can steer you in the right direction.
