The management is disorganized. They promised to get back to me every time we tried to work out a…read moreschedule but never called me back. When I contacted them about issues that came up, no one ever answered the phone. I had to leave a voice message and several times, after 3 days, I had to call back again. It looks like there is one person who is answering the phone calls, making the schedules, and recruiting new clients. When I pointed out some problems with their issues, they blamed me for the problems we were having. They are supposed to relive the stress instead of adding to it.

We had numerous caregivers, and they were all lovely. My dad passed away in 2012, and we have continued to hire caregivers for our mother. To sum up, take everything wonderful I said in my original review and double it. This is the kindest, most efficient, most compassionate group of people, and we are completely grateful to have them in our lives.
