Upon arrival, the front desk receptionist greeted us with an attitude that made it seem as though we were inconveniencing her. In contrast, the nurses were very kind, professional, and considerate throughout the visit. Dr. Ong examined my wrist and recommended X-rays. After the X-rays confirmed there were no fractures, he advised me to ice the injury and stated that he would prescribe a pain reliever and an ointment for the burns and abrasions. What was concerning, however, was that Dr. Ong appeared ready to discharge me after a $350+ visit without cleaning the wounds, applying any ointment, or dressing the injury. My wife had to specifically ask whether he planned to treat the burns and cuts before sending me home. "Oh..yeah, I can do that" was his response.  The experience became even more frustrating the following day when I went to the pharmacy and was informed that only one of the two prescriptions had been received. I called the clinic and was immediately placed on hold. After waiting for 20 minutes without assistance, I decided to drive back to the clinic in person (less than 1 mile away from pharmacy). When I arrived, the receptionist who had placed me on hold was sitting at the front desk looking at her personal cell phone. After speaking with Dr. Ong and explaining that the pharmacy had only received one prescription, he simply stated that he had forgotten to send the second one. Overall, I found the level of care, attention to detail, and customer service disappointing. While the nursing staff was excellent, the experience with both the physician and front desk staff left much to be desired.

She was no longer able to give my elderly father the support that he needed. The caregivers were terrific with my sweet dad and could handle regular household chores and meals. I felt the exercises were too easy for where I was at vs. what was "protocol". I liked that Crom felt like a hip gym rather than a geriatric facility. The way they train is fantastic & stands out amongst the competitors. I always had Gabby, Tyler and Amanda work on me together in tandem. I'd come in, was always taken back promptly and they would all 3 take turns working on me and tell me what to do next. This system of "group training" vs. one trainer split about 2-3 patients is way better. I never found myself just "sitting" and "waiting on what to do next". They have a great, positive attitude. I think it really helped keep me motivated and for me to try my best every time. I also enjoyed chatting with the other people training around me and having some good laughs. I called to reschedule my appointment from the 7th and the appointments that I had scheduled the following week for the week of the 18th and the 25th every Tuesday and Thursday. Fast forward I had to reschedule my flight from the 17th to the 19th of December due to the same family emergency and completely forgot to call on Monday to reschedule my appointment on the 19th. I admit it was the last thing on my mind and only remembered mid flight on Tuesday. Today I was running late for my appointment but on my way when I realized I was not going to make it by 8.15. I called at 8.09 saying that I was running late but most likely not going to make it in 4 minutes. I was more than happy to forgo the 15/20 mts that I was late if they would still have me or I could come in later. No one picked up and I left a voice mail message. Get a message a couple of minutes later saying all my appointments were cancelled and had to call on the day for Availability. I called again and explained that I just tried to call to let them know I was running late but on my way and that I left a voicemail message and I was faced with a rude front of house staff that insinuated that he was there all morning and didn't get any phone call or voice mail message and proceeded to tell me I had a cancellation on the 7th (I rescheduled didn't cancel) and a no show on the 19th and today that's why all appointments were canceled and proceeded to give me attitude when I tried to explain what the situation was, which only left me more aggravated and frustrated than I already was. My deductible has been met this year and all my appointments are fully covered so I was trying to do my best to still make it to my appointments since next year I will have to pay for these sessions . The arrogance and attitude that I got this morning made me want to forgo all my appointments. I will find another clinic next year, for my PT and will gladly pay. Bare in mind that I'm a returning patient that has been to the clinic before without any issues. This is not a reflection on my therapist that was wonderful but a sad consequence of a misunderstanding and how poor customer service impacts patients.

Neck pain, back pain, sciatica, herniated discs, post-surgery pain and PT, cupping... I've seen them for everything. I was first a patient of Dr. Scott Neuburger, but now my new schedule has be seeing Dr. Andrea Bonilla (she's great!). They have onsite parking, a fairly open schedule, they send you text reminders (and phone calls). I'm a fan and referred both my mom and a few friends over to them - and they have multiple locations all across Houston.

When Arosa began their care of my sister, there was a short initial meeting (a 3/4 hour) with all of us. Arosa has changed my sister's outlook and world. Short visits initially. Arosa has vastly changed my sister's world: arriving with a fast-food sandwich; a friendly visitor; someone to talk with about small decisions; and discuss a pill routine. On one visit the care-giver and my sister found the top of the smallish breakfast table (that is, cleared the top of the table).
