Daisy is an expert at her job she never bruises nor do I bleed when she is done. She has a specific talent in the gentleness that she injects with. After signing a few papers, her RN Tia came out and took us back to a room. Tia was amazing and super nice!! She got everything going and kept us informed on what was next and approximate wait times. Her quality of care for my wife was 10/10!! Once they took her back for the surgery I received a phone call from Dr. Vande Ven approximately 55 minutes later and she said everything went great. 30 minutes later I received another phone call from Tia who took me back to see my wife. Tia assisted me in placing her in a wheelchair and gave me home care instructions prior to leaving. Today's experience was great and all staff were great.
