I couldn't reach the company to make a complaint and had to shovel and sweep the sand and dirt in front of my house myself to remove it. I wouldn't use these guys based on how they worked on my neighbors project, and the mess they left in the neighborhood.

We replaced our 30 year old KBgrass lawn with Xerilawn - we have a central grass island with a…read morexeric cottage garden surrounding it. I have had issues with it since the year after installation. The lawn doesn't grow (hardly needs mowed) and turns brown as soon as it warms - neutral soil ph, dug and looked for bugs - none found, watered deeply twice a week and Northend Organic fertilizer program. I have used copper in case it was a warm-season fungus and even used billbug control this year just in case. There is nothing that works. Turf Company has been contacted 3 years in a row saying they'll 'come out and look at and they haven't with no followup. I spoke to someone this year there and they actually told me they had a Xerilawn growing problem and took it off the market for a bit last year. I give 2 stars for their desire to have less thirsty, problematic grass but it failed me and their customer service was horrible.
