I love the synlawn grass that was installed on my playground. The kids love to play on it and it gives them the added protection that they need. The workers who came to install the synlawn grass were very professional and answered all my questions that I had. I was very impressed with their workmanship and professionalism. Great company!! Professional, attention to detail! Perfect grass for my active standard poodles! I dealt with dirt, mud, dirty dogs constantly. Grooming poodles is not cheap!! Perfect solution! I have no idea how to puck, select or even go about putting artificial grass in my courtyard. So, like everyone else, I googled it and 5 companies came up. So what did I do? I called and emailed all 5. Of the 5 Synlawn got back to me within 24 hours, only 1 other company got back to me, week later to tell me they are 3 weeks out on estimates and another 10 weeks on installation. SYNlawn set up an estimate within 3 days and we were on the calendar the following week. When the crew arrived, and there were plenty of them, they did their job efficiently, timely and out courtyard looks beautiful. They did tell me they did make an error on a neighbors lawn but have scheduled to make fix the minor issue lasted this spring. I don't know what more a customer would want? SYNlawn did what they said they were going to do, when they were going to do and how they were goi g to do it. Was it cheap/expensive? I have no idea because none of their competitors cared enough to answer my phone call/email. If I were you, I'd call this company!!!
